- LBLaura BroermannJan 4, 20254.0Make sure you download the app first. If you keep swiping your card, it could charge a hold for $50 every time. I could not get the charger out of my car - I didn’t know I had to hit the unlock button to the right of charging port of the car. Have a Mach e mustang. Make sure you select the right charger on the app- shows one on the left and right. Have to pick the correct one. Thankfully a man next to me was able to help as this was not intuitive but am glad that it’s working now.
- CSChris SabatiniApr 8, 20245.0This has all the hallmarks of a great station. Restaurants, a bar, a coffee shop (Dunks), groceries. Started right up for my rental Bolt at full speed. I think people might be less upset about sketchy vibes if the Kroger was on the near end of the shopping plaza rather than a dollar store, but I'm pretty happy with this shiny new station. It sure beats the other Cincinnati area options for fast charging that mostly involve sitting at a dealership far from any facilities or services. However it is pretty far off the convenient highway routes, so it would be more of a 'do your weekly errands while charging' station than one used in transit elsewhere.
- JJJorgeDec 26, 20231.0Super shady part of town. Looked like I was constantly being watched. Would not feel safe having my family stop here. The charger did work great though, just not a good place and far from highway.
