    I had the worst experience I’ve ever had with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I originally reserved a premium truck, but the store manager told me I couldn’t rent a truck with a debit card. This was confusing because I’ve rented trucks from Enterprise with a debit card before. I was told to make a different reservation, which I did, but when I arrived I was given a minivan instead. I expressed that I was unhappy with the situation, but the location manager insisted I could not get a truck with a debit card. It was getting late and I needed to get on the road, so I reluctantly took the van. Shortly after leaving, the change oil light came on. Customer service instructed me to drive 45 minutes out of the way to the airport location to exchange the vehicle. When I arrived, the airport staff told me they could not exchange the vehicle and said the oil light “just wasn’t reset” and that it would be fine to drive. This entire experience was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I dealt with multiple employees, including a regional manager who was very rude. I called customer service numerous times trying to resolve the situation. The regional manager called me once, argued with me, and never followed up again. Despite all the inconvenience, wasted time, and poor service, no one offered any type of compensation or even a sincere apology. This was one issue after another from the moment I picked up the vehicle. Because of this experience, I will not be renting from Enterprise again.
