  Clean and new vehicle, what I reserved was the auto I got, fair price, quick process at pick up and drop off, friendly staff.

  Ben and the team are all excellent. Rented for business for 4 months and they were extremely pleasant, helpful, timely, and professional. I prefer this location over the two by my residence due to the on-site parking, staff competence, and Sunday availability.

  My rental was due to an accident / insurance claim. I accepted the 1st car because it was supposedly the only vehicle that Enterprise had at the time and I was already running late for work. Car was definitely not “Enterprise-Worthy”. Took it back and was given a car that had a faint smell of marijuana. When I pointed it out to the associate, he said he didn’t smell anything. Against my better judgment, I accepted the car, that also had stained covered front seats. Later that evening, my Wife refused to ride in the car, stating that it smelled of marijuana and that she wasn’t willing to sit on the stained seat. WE TOOK HER CAR TO DINNER! I returned that car and was finally placed in an “Enterprise” standard Rental. Maybe, I will try another Enterprise Car Rental location the next time I have to rent a vehicle. If that doesn’t work, I’ll have to try a competitor.
