  I needed a rental while my car was being repaired. Jamie from the Ohio Pike location picked me up on April 1. When we got to the office, he had me purchase 2 days of coverage and also tried to get me to purchase more coverage for things I did not need. I was not going on vacation and was already stressed because of my accident and needing my car to be repaired. I had to pay for another day since I was unable to get to their office on Friday morning. I ended up only needing the car for not even 3 days. I went to the Eastgate Enterprise and Johnathon was very helpful, he told me I did not need to purchase the coverage and I went there to show him my insurance card for proof of coverage. I will go back to the Eastgate location for my rental needs in the future. Christy H

  rented new 2026 Toyota Camry hybrid to Tennessee was great on gas . only spent less than 100 for gas .

  Love our experience and cars eveeytime we use enterprise, they always help us get what we need for a family of 6!! We have used them 2 times in the last few months and will continue to use them for every vacation from now on! Great customer service!!

  Ive rented multiple times with them and they were awesome, last time I rented a white truck, the associate had me sign the agreement pointed some damage out on the passenger side of the truck bed told me not to worry about it, rented the truck,( sat in my driveway) turned it in the two weeks later I got a repair estimate for the same damage that I was told not to worry about. Called the manager John at the place, told him what happened he said he knew the associiate, they were friends, called him, told me that the associate agreed with what i said that he remembered the conversation, however the Enterprise recovery department told me that is was John that who initiated claim. And even after the associate admitting that the damage was there when I got the vehicle, didnt change anything, they still pursued me, I wouldnt trust anyone that works there now, which is sad since that market is based on trust and rapport

  Tried to tell me that I was smoking in the vehicle because a cigarette butt that was stuck to my shoe was in the floor board. I don't even smoke.
