- RMRachel Mueller2 days ago2.0I’m nearing the end of my trip and wanted to share my experience. I reserved a full-size vehicle comparable to a Chevy Malibu, but when my husband went to pick it up last Friday, he was told none were available. Instead, we were given what was described as a “free upgrade” to a Hyundai Venue. Unfortunately, this was not an upgrade in any sense. The Venue is a compact SUV and significantly smaller than the full-size car we reserved. The cargo space was so limited that we had to reconsider our luggage and ultimately stack items in the back seat, leaving our daughter cramped and uncomfortable for the trip. It’s very frustrating that a smaller vehicle was presented as an upgrade when it clearly did not meet the needs of our reservation. This created unnecessary inconvenience and discomfort for our family.

He was incredibly patient with explaining the car and process. Picking me up from home and dropping me off at home was top tier! I will most definitely rent from Enterprise again. Best experience!

My drivers license had a typo and they flagged it fake and cannot fix it. I had my drivers license remade as well and no one wanted to help me
