  Didn’t have the vehicle I ordered ready or even available the location I ordered it from. Was told that I had to go to a different location after I already Ubered there or I had to wait for an hour to get it

  Once again, I needed a rental while my car was being serviced. And, once again the folks at the Glenway Avenue-Bridgetown location were great. Drew couldn't have been more helpful, especially having to accommodate my 4'11" and SUV inventory. Everyone there was very professional and kind...not one negative attitude...from pickup to return and my several calls in between. What I really like about Enterprise is the customer service. Not just that location. They must have some impressive training cause they know their job and the business they're in. I've contacted one location and was able to get information that helped with the return to the other location because I couldn't reach the one I needed while driving. Most places not only don't know about different locations, but don't care. Until next time...!!

  Cade and Lezlie are amazing and provide some of the best customer service I have experienced anywhere. The Bridgetown Glenway location in Cincinnati is the best example of what a rental car location should be.

  Would definitely rent form Enterprise and this location in the future. Had the size of vehicle I was hoping for. The Enterprise representative was very kind, courteous, and helpful. Had great follow up after the rental was returned. Very satisfied with this visit/rental.
