  I will not hesitate to rent from this location again!! I happened to need to rent a car while my car was in the shop for repairs, and this location was closest to the dealership. The entire staff was AWESOME! A special thanks to Veldis and Jasmine, for always going the extra mile help me. They were so kind, patient and understanding.I was always greeted with a smile and the willingness to help. And not just how they treated me, but you can feel the hospitality extended to all of the clients coming into the office. My car repairs lasted for over a month, and Veldis and Jasmine made extending my rental easy and I never had to be concerned with having transportation. Veldis said that she wanted to make sure that having a rental would not be a concern for me. And she did just that! Kudos to Jazmine, Veldis, Mary and Jack on a job well done. Thank you so much for everything. Your forever client :-)

  Tried renting a car from here. The site showed vehicles were available and I booked accordingly. Right before my appointment I received a call stating they could not honor my reservation, as they had no vehicles ready, and they were trying to find a solution. Fast forward; over the course of the next 1-2 hrs I received multiple calls back and forth claiming they had a vehicle ready, only to then call back and retract their statement due to claims of the vehicles needing maintenance, inspections, etcetera. Mind you, at this point I was already late leaving for a scheduled business trip. Ultimately I had to cancel my reservation and scramble to find an alternate solution because they could not get their act together. Terrible location, and awful experience all around. Ill stick to other rental companies from now on.

  There's not enough great things to say about Enterprise! The entire rental process was smooth and stress free. Customer service is absolutely amazing! I will be back !!
