Jonathan Mitchell was extremely helpful, informative, and efficient when I initially rented my vehicle for work travel. When I returned the vehicle, he was there again, and I had the chance to chat with him. He’s genuine, friendly, and made the entire experience feel very smooth and welcoming. I also worked with Monty when getting a rental through an insurance claim, and he was just as helpful, friendly, and efficient. The team here truly provides excellent customer service from start to finish. Great location, great vehicle options, and an overall seamless experience. I would definitely recommend renting from this branch!
- LTliberal truthMar 19, 20262.0So went to rent a SUV they didn't have equinox. So they put me in the jeep compass. It was smaller but it was ok. Well driving it the alarms kept going off due to sensors not working as well as the high beams. Didn't feel safe driving the car. They could not replace it. So I tried calling five other ones and nothing. Due to the car not being safe and no replacement. The trip had to be canceled. So to hertz I go.

I liked the model I received, 25 Hyundai Elantra. The only thing I wished it had was heated steering wheel. Over all I liked vehicle, ste(v)phen was very personable, friendly, professional. He did a great job explaining things. Thnx guys.
