What I didn't expect was to get a huge scratch all the way down the side of my car and now nobody will answer the phone or call me back. It's seems impossible to cancel the subscription without going to the location. Go to down the road if you like your paint job.

Wednesday and Thursday when I got there after 6, the vacuums were being used but the wash was closed. It is Friday and I'm here after 8 AM and per the website, you guys should be open but nobody is here. Are the hours different now? I have a monthly membership but have been unable to utilize it 3 trips I've been here now. I call the phone number and it immediately says nobody is available and disconnects. It doesn't say to call back during any specific time to also indicate hours. I would like to keep my plan but this is frustrating. Mikes car wash is pricier but seems much more reliable even if they don't have the free vacuums included...

Extremely rude and unfriendly customer service, it used to be very good two months ago but now new employees don’t wanna work at all. You should at least put a sign explaining why are you not working in hours you state that you work. And please, do change your employees.
