- LALamar AllenJan 17, 20261.0So the reason I’m giving this place a one star is because I came in to get service on my tire blazé skip and I get my car back and the other tire which had nothing to do with what I told the guy at the counter to work on was at a loss of air. So, I called respectfully and asked who worked on my tire because of the situation I just explained and he quickly agreed to put the person who did on the phone. The guy gets on the phone and is immediately rude because he quotes he is being courteous by checking the surrounding tires. Okay. From a human being stand point I agree almost… I say almost because it’s not considered curteous if the gesture wasn’t needed which caused me to have to go out of my way to call first of all and secondly make this rant of a review when it’s only about being curteous , but use common sense as well. Just respect someone else’s things. Don’t use your courtesy on my things. Please. Especially when it won’t make a probability of a 100 percent satisfaction.

After a couple months it needed to be replaced, they replaced it for free, even though we were almost at the 12,000 warranty mark. Thank you so much, great customer service. Definitely recommend them!
