  I give this place 2 stars because of Paul. He is sarcastic, rude, unfriendly person I've ever encounter at a car repair shop. First, I arrived around the time I told David the manager the day before. I told him my name and why I was there. He asked if I was dropping off, I said no I was staying because I don't have a ride. He was annoyed and said I can go to Panera and wait. Rude, I was not going to Panera and it was raining. It felt like it was an inconvenience to him for me to wait. His tone, body language, and words made me feel unwelcomed. I told him I'll go somewhere else. Then he said " You will be charged for the parts." Don't repair shops order parts all the time? I asked when will Brain be back, then I walked outside to leave. Then went back because of the car issue, my time, and the fact that he threaten to charge me for the parts. This unprofessional mechanic, that I was choosing not to work on my car because I felt unwelcomed said he was going to charge me for parts that were not yet install on my car. My understanding repair shops have to disclose any charges that the customer can occur? I will look into this tactic. Wonder what's the law of Ohio. He once again said I can leave and go to Panera. This time I said I'm not hungry, I'm not going. He took the keys, never verified any information. About 5 minutes later a woman came in to drop off her car. He greeted her, asked for information, smiled and laughed. I received none of that interaction. Feeling unease, I called another store and the manger contacted the district manager. He came to the store and talked to the mechanic, who I heard raising his voice to management. The manager said this is an ongoing issue that they are having with the mechanic but he is a good mechanic. I said this is about his communication skills and how he treats people. He gave me two free oil change coupons, which will not be used, because I will not patronize that place again. Then out of nowhere I was told they could break my radiator if the hose was difficult to take off. If it had broke they would be paying to fix it after I other actions would have been taken, if needed.That didn't happen. When I check out he tried to be nice but it was fake. Especially when he would not give the online $25 discount for any service over $100. He said it was due to ordering parts. None of this is stated on the online coupon. It's below par, awful that a company will allow someone to work for them who is disrespecting customers. Also, I wasn't told the warranty on my repair, Terrible!

  Paul that works in your Finneytown location was very nasty to me upon arrival. When I arrived, I pulled up to the curb to run in and ask him a question. He responded to me stating that he wasn’t going to listen to anything I have to say until I parked in a parking spot. He stated “I’m not answering anything until you park in a parking spot. You don’t pull in here like you own the place”. I then said that I was sorry and I would go park. After I parked on a spot, I came in and mentioned that I had a nail in my tire and needed it patched. Mind you, this is at 7:30 on the dot with me being the only car in the lot. He then told me “I’ll see if I can have it done by end of the day”. I asked if I could get it any sooner and he responded very sarcastically about not having the guys there to patch a tire until later. Horrible experience.

  Paul is great when it comes to fixing your vehicle he knows a lot and he get the job done correctly the first time.

  I have been taking my car to this location for years!! Staff is very friendly. I’m always satisfied with the time frame and work done.
