They are the friendliest group of guys. Brian the manager and both Pauls the mechanics are great men. You can always feel safe taking your cars to them.

When I called ahead they said i should just drop it off and they’ll look at it. The next day, I called to check up on my car. They told me they “can’t hear the vehicle make the noise” and that they would test drive it to hear it. The day after that, I called them again to check in and they said the same thing. So they aren’t hearing the noise but everything online insists that this noise is related to the coolant system. Why they didn’t just check my coolant levels etc, idk but instead they sat there turning my car on and off trying to hear a noise. The next day they finally actually called me and tell me they heard the noise and that it’s normal for my vehicle. They then proceeded to show me an AI article when I picked up my car saying that the noise is normal. But when i researched before dropping off my car i did not see anything remotely similar to this article. I decided that they know more than me about cars and listened and then they charge me 80 dollars!!!!!! when i dropped off my car it had 100 miles left in the tank. when i picked it up it had 66 miles left. I know they had to test drive the car but 34 miles is insane. and they still charge me $80 after not doing anything and keeping my car for 3 days.
