    They did not check to see if the address on file was correct. The address on invoice was incorrect. Went back to check to see if they could correct it and was made to feel like I was asking for too much. I have been made to feel like this on more than one occasion I do like the place that’s why I keep coming back But at this time, I am going to look to seek others shops out.

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review for XpressPro I recently came to XpressPro >>>after another shop refused to help me with a failing battery, even though it was their brand of battery AND still under warranty.<<< My car kept dying overnight, and I was getting nowhere trying to get the issue addressed. XpressPro tested the battery immediately and confirmed what was really wrong: a dead cell in my Valvoline battery. They explained everything clearly, treated me with respect, and didn’t give me the runaround. Because of their accurate diagnosis and professional handling, I was able to get the battery replaced that same day, with a courtesy discount I truly appreciated. The difference in service was night and day. Where I had been dismissed and given no workable options elsewhere, XpressPro stepped up, solved the problem quickly, and made sure I was taken care of. My car now starts perfectly, even after sitting overnight in the snow. I highly recommend XpressPro to anyone who wants honest, reliable service from people who actually know what they’re doing.
