- JWjason WilsonNov 14, 20251.0I declined replacing the battery told tech I would take it somewhere else for that at a later date so they took it off the work order. after finding out that my truck was a fleet account they added it back on and told me they have to replace it. That is incorrect I have the right to decline services even with it being a fleet truck. due to the amount I travel I wanted it replaced somewhere else that was easier to find out of town. hope the sale was worth it I will never return with work truck or any personal vehicles at this point

Valvoline was the closest to my location and immediately upon arrival I was able to get serviced. One of the guys that was working on my car was tea hunny he asked me to shut my engine off and I literally said hi back SMH I didn't even hear what he said he had to repeat himself probably two times. Holy Airball. The man who rang me out was tea too huntiiiy lmty. Anyways they made the whole experience pretty smooth and I 10/10 will be coming back. I told all my friends to go too. Gold bless.
- LKLarry KuntzOct 24, 20251.0Be careful taking your car to this Valvoline. When they break your car, they will not stand behind it. The car was taken in for oil change and radiator flush. The heater was blowing hot air at the time the car was going into the shop. When the car was driven out of the shop, the heater was blowing cold air. Took the car back in for them to take a look. They worked at where the radiator for a bit. Said probably a air pocket, it will work its way out. Drove for one day, still no heater. Took the car to my mechanic and in moments found a crack in the top of the radiator. Went back to Valvoline. The story quickly changed to ya, we did it to, oh your mechanic must have damaged the radiator. Your claim is denied due to someone else touching the car. The radiator is going to cost $1600 to fix. After 15 years, they lost my business.
