Can’t keep records correctly, management useless, uncaring and Customer Service a joke, at best. I even have the bank statement to prove it! Expect to pay thousands from damages that could have been avoided if Valvoline kept “immaculate records” that they falsely claim. Took an hour just for an oil change and costed over $100. Never again will I be coming here and nor my friends and family.

First trying to fill the tire and when that didn’t work, they installed her spare. All were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Certainly 5 star service!
