  You could tell they probably could use some extra help, the wait was pretty long, but the employees were moving fast, and working hard and that’s something I can appreciate!

  I usually go to this one because it’s always been top notch speedy service. I’ve left 2 positive reviews in the past about this location. Today was not one of those days. Please new manager at Valvoline, don’t leave the newest employee at the computer dealing with the customer when they have no idea what they’re doing. I felt bad for the employee. I’m a retail manager, and have trained thousands of employees. I keep my oil changes at every 5k miles. It’s synthetic, it lasts longer. But every once in awhile Valvoline kicks me back to 3k. Today that happened, when I told the employee that my new reminder sticker had a 3k mileage, I wanted 5k. They came back with a hand written sticker that said my next oill change was at 589575 miles. I just took it and left.

  Very good service the guy told me about changes that I need and no one has every told me about and I have been coming here for years. I thank her for showing me this . All good. I get coupons also and thats a good I'm 80 years old a d need to save.thank u

  I stopped in for an oil change, and I got such a great deal from a mechanic named Kevin who showed me the great deals for the prices and discounts and I was very impressed. The team did an excellent job constant communication and teamwork and I left with my car feeling like it had lost 20 pounds! I'll be back.

  I Came to n bend location today to be greeted by the manager Sonja.. she spent a tremendous amount of time on my vehicle. She was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain to me issues local mechanic shop could not.. she even went as far as to video the issues I was having to show me first hand.. being a military man myself where structure and regiment was important.. I was super impressed with how she was teaching the employees here! They looked up to her And it just made me feel like I was getting great care! I’m very appreciative of her and hope that someone sees this that’s in a position to reward her hardwork!! Thank you ms Sonja!
