  Don't take your car to these clowns. Just had the oil changed on my company car. They overfilled the oil because they used the vacuum evac pump, after I told them not to. There is a note in their computer system to not use the evac on this vehicle. Not horribly overfilled but still overfilled. Also these clowns got oil all over the engine cover and intake manifold and made zero attempt to clean it up. These Valvoline places are an absolute joke. If you care about your vehicle then avoid these places.

  The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, explained what they were doing from the beginning to end. I will come back to this location again.

  If I could give less than one star I would. I normally don't have my oil changed at Valvoline, but they sent me a $25 off coupon in the mail. At the end of the service the worker showed me my final total and then said he'd scan the coupon to take $25 off. He came back a minute later and told me to hold onto the coupon because he "forgot to scan it." I asked him really, but he said he already swiped my card and couldn't do anything. So I paid full price. The coupon will expire before I need another oil change. This Valvoline lied and stole money from me!

  I needed an emergency oil change and I was referred to go Valvoline. The young men greeted me with a warm welcome and began the services immediately. I didn’t wait at all. They also explained the services that were recommended for me to get and showed me the services that were due soon. I did get a tire rotation along with cabin air filter replacement since it was needed. The pricing was fair. I used a $10 coupon and they took off an extra 20% for being a first time customer. All of them were respectful, knowledgeable and swift. They even went the extra mile to get another air filter for me from another location! Special thanks to Mr. William(Bill) for doing a thorough job, answering all my questions and offering clean conversation while they worked on my tires. I will be referring them in the future!
