  A reliable, trustworthy auto body and repair shop is seemingly hard to find nowadays. However, after the few visits made to Tuffy’s, the countless phone calls about the status of the vehicle, their end-to-end vehicle diagnostics, and best customer service, I can confidently say all of my vehicles will be serviced by them moving my forward. The location in Hamilton County is superb, and coupled with their amazing service provider, Maurice, and their valued technician, Larry, this is an auto body and repair shop that anyone can trust and feel at ease.   What a team a TUFFY I drove by and thought wonder if they could get me in like their neighbor Jiffy. They did an excellent job on my car. Larry took care of getting me a coffee refill as he noticed my empty mug. I'll definitely be going back in 5k. Thanks Maurice and Larry

  Maurice & his entire staff were just amazing. I am new to the area and will definitely return to Tuffy on Fields Ertel Road in Loveland, Ohio! They showed me what needed to be repaired. This is the first time anyone ever actually showed me a problem. I am so grateful for Tuffy in Loveland and I plan to return. I absolutely 💯 recommend Tuffy in Loveland Ohio.
