In November I got a quote for 4 New Cooper Tires which included a Free oil change and alignment, the Sales man compared them to Kumho Solus tires. I ordered the Coopers. When I was checking out a different employee noticed that the total was $30. less than my original quote . He referred to the original Salesman to correct the Total. When I questioned why he stated that "No it was the same". When I tried to pay with cash I was then told they won't except cash and I was not informed of that before hand. I honestly did not notice until I got home (20 miles away), that my Tires were Kumho Solus and not the Coopers. I looked back on the Website and there was a difference of $30. less on the Kumho Tires and I also wasn't given the $50. rebate that was offered. The Salesman had changed the invoice to match the original quote. The next morning I called and spoke with a very kind and understanding Lady Mgr. After checking it out she issued a $82. credit to my card and apologized. I said I would keep those tires just to save the hassle of doing an exchange and the time involved. 4 weeks later I noticed my oil gauge read only 30%. My friend that has a Mechanic Garage checked my oil and it was dirty and black! Tire Discounters had never changed the oil at all. I don't know if they did the alignment either, now. My Free oil change cost me $96. I'm appalled!! I will call again tomorrow to Report the No oil change. If you're wondering I am a woman but would they have lied to a man as well ?? This Tire Discounters is on Polaris Parkway, Westerville, Ohio

There score of 1.8 out of 5 is too kind. The score should be 0 for customer service. I initiated a tire purchase 48 hours before Thanksgiving 2025 were now 48 hours before Xmas and as of the 12th phone conversation with alleged leader Seth (ATL location) he started with requesting my tire info on the 12th conversation. He then asked for a pic of tire which I then forwarded. All other tire operations knew immediately what tire to order. Seth however still wasn’t clear on what tire to order with a clear pic in front of him and made it known disrespectfully that he did care about my customer experience!!!! It’s appalling to know this kind of person has a leadership role; however it does make sense that incompetence is lacking across the board and there is know respectful regard for customers, especially women!!!!! Worst staff ever!

I brought my 2018 Toyota Corolla to Tire Discounters — E Broad St in Reynoldsburg on 10/31/2025 for an alignment and four new tires. After driving, I heard a rubbing noise coming from the front at speeds above 60 mph. I returned on 11/11/2025 and they only balanced the tires even though I described a rubbing noise — that did not fix the issue. On a third visit they told me the right front wheel bearing needed replacement and charged $684; because I complained, the manager removed the part cost but I was still billed nearly $500, and the noise remained. After one more visit they finally replaced the tires and the noise stopped. The manager gave a free oil change, but I’m left wondering whether the bearing replacement was necessary or if I was charged for an unnecessary repair to cover defective or noisy tires. Very disappointed with the multiple trips, the extra charges, and the poor initial diagnosis. Hope this helps someone avoid the pitfalls that I experienced. A week or so after this post the are manager called but only to say that she talked to the team and she believes that the work they performed was the correct course of action. Why make that unnecessary call? What a waste of 10 minutes of my day

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters Headquarters

Do I need an alignment?

During your vehicle's life, potholes are hit, sharp turns are taken, and brakes are slammed - all of which cause your components to wear down and your wheels to shift which can pull your car in one direction. This is natural wear and tear, and it can accelerate tire damage. An alignment will return the angles of your vehicle's wheels to the manufacturer's specifications. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations noted in your owner’s manual. As a general rule, have your vehicle’s alignment checked every 6,000 miles or at least twice a year. Have your vehicle checked if you notice excessive or uneven tire wear, steering wheel pulls to the side, feeling of looseness or wandering, your steering wheel is not centered when car is moving straight ahead, it’s been 6,000 miles since your last alignment check, or you notice a drop in fuel economy.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4-tires with our standard installation, you get a free alignment. The alignment is a $99.99 value and comes with a 12-month warranty.
