Terrible service experience. After recently purchasing tires at TD (April), dropped vehicle off at their Fields Ertel location for a flat after hours. Checked in a little after 8am the next morning and was told I’d get a call back shortly. Explained I needed to get my child from school. Checked in at lunch only to be told I needed all new tires. Again, just purchased in April (6 months prior). Asked for the one tire to be repaired or replaced. Checked in again at 3pm, the work wasn’t done. Went to TD at 5pm, only to be told they didn’t have the tire yet. Checked again at 6:50pm and the phone only goes to voicemail. Long time TD customer, incredibly disappointed.

Took roughly 5-6 hours to replace 1 damn tire. Asked for my name, email, phone number and address and used none of it.
On the receipt, it says someone else's name and information.
I walk back in after they said it would take 2 hours. To find out they haven't even started, claiming my door says I have 15 inch rims and I have after market rims which is why they didn't even start. I can only assume when they tried to call me when I was not there waiting cause no one in hell was i waiting in their store for 2 hours for 1 tire. They probably called some random person instead cause of them not taking them time to get the information correct.
Bruh, my car door says 17 inch rims, not 15 inch for one thing
I am definitely not this other person, on the paperwork they gave me. And most definitely didn't get the email of the visit
The amount of things that went wrong for this take 6 hours is all on them. Never going back, other then having to get this paper work under the correct information.
What a huge waste of my time
And the computers being down is not an excuse when this dude Mike, goes to computer and it works fine.

$50 in labor just to tell me what error code my check engine light is showing me is criminal. The code reader itself doesn't even cost that much. If I knew you could charge $50 to plug in a USB drive I could've retired years ago.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
