Ummmmm I rolled into this place like 10 minutes before closing time with a flat tire and desperately needed it fixed before I needed my car for a work trip tomorrow and it’s currently 20 minutes past closing time and they are putting two new tires on right now! Love this place!

The staff was very friendly, but when they pulled my car into the garage, it took three hours for them to put four tires on the car. After leaving I noticed the tire pressure monitor light was on. When I got home, I found that each tire each tire was under inflated by 10 pounds. The other thing I noticed was I now have a hole in the rear spoiler of my car. I can’t prove that it happened there, but I know it wasn’t there before I got the new tires.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Poor upper management. In store pricing is more than the online pricing for the exact same store.
I looked for pricing on Sunday evening after noticing ballooning on my rear tires due to failed shocks and planned to replace before getting new tires. I liked the price of $1127.96 before taxes or fees and would call Monday to schedule as they are closed on Sundays. I called Monday and was told it would be another $196. When I asked about the price difference from what I say the night before that I saw online, the gentleman let me know he can give me a very similar price, within dollars. I told him OK and scheduled for Saturday, which gives me time to replace the worn parts.
When I arrived, I was quickly informed that they would not honor that pricing as the gentleman I spoke with was just let go for giving away too many discounts. Instead, the cost would be the additional $196. After some back and forth between him and his manager and then between his manager and their area manager (I believe). The manager informed me that they have to refuse to honor the pricing, that I was told over the phone and they had entered in their system, as the area manager would not approve it. The best they could offer was a $26 discount and an additional free oil change.
The manager said they did not want to lose the business but there was nothing else he could do since the area manager would not approve it. Naturally, they lost it.
If you fire an employee for giving away too many discounts, you probably should check to see if he had scheduled anyone and make sure the pricing he entered in the system would be honored. And if it cannot be honored, you should call them and let them know of the situation. Instead, you get blind sided and offered a measly $26, slap in the face, and an additional free oil change (they offer a "free" one that is included in the $136 Worlds best tire install package).
Guy in the front tried, the manager tried AFTER the fact, and the area manager, who was more than likely aware of the fired employee fiasco, should have made sure some calls were made or at least did the right thing and honor the pricing.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
