- ARAlex RakerMar 2, 20265.0I noticed that I had a flat tire on my way home from work so I stopped at the Tire Discounters on North Bend Ave to get my tire checked. It turns out that it needed to be replaced. I’m so thankful for the two men that stayed late tonight to make sure it was fixed!!

And he would not give up on figuring out what was going on with my car… He wanted me to leave satisfied and was not gonna stop until he & the team got an answer. I was pleased with picking up my car and doing a test drive together because the initial problem I brought it in for was fixed which was some issues with the steering column & the noise from that was gone. The only disappointment was as the day went on and I went over more rough bumps I heard pretty much the same type of noise with the suspension. I took it to a shop on 2/28 for an inspection and was told it needed control arms and struts. This was upsetting as I was told this was checked during the inspection and they didn’t need to be replaced :( Outside of that I would definitely recommend working with Shawn he has patience and knowledgeable, if he does not know he will get someone who does… thanks again!!
