Went in for routine tire change, noticed clicking sound, had to go back and found that a piece of plastic got into the tire. Putting tire back on they stripped the lug nuts and the part that they screw into. Took a week and a half to get it fixed. Called corporate line to see about a compensation. All I got was an apology. I will say that Robert at this location did a great job of getting it resolved the best he could. I still thought that corporate would have at least provided some sort of comp. Anything as a gesture of wanting my business again would have been fine. Update - per the response to this from Tire Discounters, I sent an email over a week ago and have heard nothing back so far.

Apparently they’re scheduling appointments for days where they don’t even have any service technicians in: Dropped off my car for an appointment, called multiple times where the line would just ring and ring for 3+ minutes (both when trying to schedule this and just now trying to get info on the status of my car), but finally got through to a woman at the other end. She told me this is a consistent issue they’re having where people are getting scheduled for appointments and there’s no one there to do the service, and also claimed the phone didn’t ring the 4 other times I called. Honestly an insane to run a business. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Edit to add: Made the appointment with Rob and he was also the one I gave the keys to/did the paperwork with upon drop off. This is incredibly frustrating.

I brought in my van to get two new tires. Mari was friendly and saved me money by getting tires I needed herself. However, when I was ordering tires I also mentioned I needed to get a tire rotation done as well. When I came back to get the car from Robert I was looking through the paperwork. I had inquired if a tire rotation had been done. He mentioned that the van was jacked which meant it didn’t go on a lift. I wasn’t asked if I wanted this performed like I had asked when I first came in. I had to get this van back on the road and left. Service started great but ended poorly.

I had a great experience with Mari, the general manager! She was friendly, accommodating, smiled the whole time even when dealing with multiple customers and phone calls.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
