Worse place to ever come to and even worse business company I don’t even know why I gave them a second chance. Dropped off a wheel said they’d call me when it was ready never called. Apparently because it’s been too long they disposed of my wheel. I’ve had the same problem at the other location in Colerain dropped off a set said they would call never did I kept going back and forth checking on it because they never called. Now they got rid of my $250 wheel and I can’t sell the set because now it’s only three wheels. Very upsetting very sad that they can’t keep their word of giving the call and now I lost a lot of money thanks to them. Will never be back will not recommend to any of my friends or family and will also post about how much they suck. Honestly regret so much going there a second time. I thought it was just one place but with giving this other place a chance I realized that it’s the whole business. If I could give0 stars I would

Service here was pretty good. The price was great for four new tires and a brake fluid flush, plus all the added warranty benefits. It's very nice having the peace of mind knowing I'll be able to come back for a free tire repair if anything happens over the next couple of years. Did have a slight issue with my valve stem covers not being returned, and the cap of my windshield wash fluid reservoir being smashed up when getting my car back. Thankfully I spotted the issue before pulling away and the service manager made it right on the spot. Definitely will be returning to this shop for my tire and brake needs. Not to mention the staff was very friendly and the wait room was comfortable and clean. Good work today y'all!

Utilized a Tire Discounters free oil change coupon at this location after getting four new tires at another location a while back. Exactly one week after the oil change, I was across town, grocery shopping, and my low oil pressure sensor popped up on my instrument cluster. I checked the oil level and saw nothing on the dip stick. Checking under the car, I saw a pool of oil and a constant stream coming out from under the splash guard. Luckily, a Firestone garage was located in the shopping plaza, so I had them look into the issue. They found that the oil drain plug was missing and eventually found it lodged a crevice of the splash guard. I called this Tire Discounters location to inform them that the technician may have not torqued down the drain plug and the representative on the line, Jeff, stated it was highly unlikely. He also stated that it odd and unlikely to be caused by their technician... BTW, The crush washer on the drain plug was also the one I used to do the last oil change myself, meaning that they never changed out the washer. Jeff had no response to either remark and I ended up paying $90 for an oil change at Firestone (but I cannot complain since they saved my car from further damage). I understand that an oil drain plug coming out after a week is odd but if it wasn't torque down, it can very likely spin out over time due to vibration... I have been a fan of Tire Discounters for years but take caution using this facility. The professionalism and quality of work are questionable. I will not be taking my car to this location in the future. My car could have been further damaged if that Firestone wasn't close by.

Not sure of the name of this employee (she had dreads i think with blue or teal ends), but she was very rude to us. We would ask a question and she would side eye and was very mean and made us feel like we were dumb for asking questions or saying anything. We have always had great experiences at this tire discounters coming many many years.

I brought my 2015 RAM ProMaster (gasoline) in for an oil change, tire rotation/balance, and a battery issue. While the tire rotation and balance were done correctly (the van drove noticeably better afterward), the overall experience raised serious concerns. Due to an incorrect license plate entry in the system, my vehicle was repeatedly treated as diesel, even though it is a gas vehicle. This caused confusion throughout the visit, including diesel-based battery pricing and incorrect assumptions about battery type. The battery was ultimately replaced based on the shop’s recommendation. While the oil change was initially being completed, I spoke with the manager in the back service area without issue. However, after reviewing my receipt and noticing it listed 10W-30 oil, despite my engine clearly requiring SAE 5W-20 (printed on the oil fill cap), I raised the concern. At that point, I was told I could not return to the service area during the correction because it was “against company policy,” despite having been allowed back earlier. I was told the oil was drained and refilled with the correct viscosity. However, I was also told that a corrected receipt reflecting the fix could not be provided without rebilling the service, leaving no written confirmation of the correction. When I specifically asked whether the oil filter had been replaced during the correction, I was told that it was not, and that only the oil reservoir had been drained. As a result, I have no way to independently verify that the oil service was fully corrected according to standard practice. Mistakes can happen, but in this visit, multiple system and verification errors compounded, and transparency decreased at the exact moment accuracy mattered most. Having to repeatedly identify issues, advocate for corrections, and then leave without documentation significantly undermined trust. Some mechanical work was done well, but accuracy, verification, and communication need improvement.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
