I was quoted an amount over the phone that was vastly different from when I arrived which they suddenly couldn't find anyomore. Ryan was the absolute rudest person that I've even spoken to because I dared to say I couldn't afford them marking up a part over 200% while also charging 185 dollars for labor on a 15-30 minute fix. In particular his 'we have to make money' comment was the worst part. It seems like that's a common trend at this location.
