If I could ever suggest no one ever come here I mean it. Got my wife’s car fixed here (2015 Honda fit) after her rear wheel bearing assembly’s were going out. I attempted to fix it myself but did not have the tools to complete it. I had an original quote they gave my wife a quote of (Suspension and Wheel bearing assembly’s and I’m not sure why they added suspension in the quote. I was okay with the original quote being $297 per wheel bearing just for the part. Not including labor. My father in law took the vehicle there because and talked to them because he can get a business discount for me. After they fixed the 2 wheel bearing assembly’s and a broken ABS cable on the driver side they told my father in law that it was a “Honda specific part” that would cost around $500-$600 for the part itself. Being the husband of my wife of course I had to go and pay the bill…. I knew the total cost but figured it was labor intensive because of the rust and such. I received the receipt and total cost of everything only after I paid and saw that the parts that they quoted my wife at $297 a part they charged me $373 for the part. The ABS cable i looked up cost $174 and they charged me $677 for. And by the part number of the wheel bearing assembly’s they cost between $75-144 per part. I believe it’s the lower end of quality and they up charged the parts a ridiculous amount.. P.S i called and told them I was the husband of the woman dropping off the Honda fit and instructed them if they could use the parts I bought that would be great and said they could and just charge labor. Instead to find out that they used their parts and now here we are. I will be talking to corporate office about this.

Poor experience. Will NEVER return to this location. I had my car fixed there in July. It never really felt fixed but I also have a 2014 so I figured it was just something else that needed to be fixed. The problem just got worse so I recently made an appointment on a Saturday (because I'm a single mother and work m-f and can't afford to miss ANY days) at 9am. Micha the manager took my keys and said it shouldn't take long because he only had 2 oil changes in front of me. At 3:30pm (they close at 4) Micha calls me and says, "we didn't have time to look at your car. Would you like to leave it here and we can look at it Monday? " Without going into a full story line conversation I ubered back up there to pick up my car knowing I had to drop it back off Monday meaning I had to call off of work and spend MORE money in Ubers. When it's time to finally pick up my car on Wednesday he explained to me that HIS mechanic made a "ROOKIE" mistake and didn't put the pin in a bolt and the bolt worked its way out. When I left I did call corporate and make a formal complaint.

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
