First let me say, it's a shame to leave a 2 star review because of one person, but here I am. His name is Mike and he's incredibly rude. Context: Found a nail in my tire so I drove across the street to Tire Discounters. They saw me pull in, but were working in the garage so I waited where they could see me for 5ish minutes. Still no help, so I called. Phone rang for easily 2-3 minutes. Someone answers but I can't understand what he's saying as he talks in straight mumbles. I explain my situation and inform him I'm actually in the store, kind of funny right? He hangs up on me.. walks through the door a few seconds later and heads to his computer, completely ignoring me, no eye contact, no hello, nothing. He finally asks year make and model of my vehicle, I tell him. Silence. He types a bunch. Finally he says "You got the keys?" I say "Yes, do you need them right now?" As he's explained LITERALLY nothing, no timeline, no info on tire pricing, again, nothing. He says "Yes, we need the keys" I'll oblige. He takes them, puts them in a bag and walks away, back into the garage... im left standing in a lobby with no idea what happens next. A man pops in, grabs my keys, and walks out to my car.. I have to go walk out and knock on my own car window to get his attention. He rolls down my window and we talk. To his credit, he was lovely! I regret not getting his name, but he was friendly, informative, and gave me all the information that Mike failed to explain. He also tells me they get constant complaints about Mike (weird..). I leave unhappy. Later Mike calls, they need to go get a tire from the warehouse. He now quotes me "$80 with tax" that's verbatim. Okay, fine. He calls at literally 5:56pm (they close at 6) "You can come get your car. Okay, cool, cant make it there in 4 minutes so I guess tomorrow's fine. When I do go to grab my car the next day I get the exact same experience. No eye contact, no conversation, no information-- Though when his buddy walks in they're laughing and joking while all i get is a "It's ready for you" when i can pay the now $113 im being charged. I don’t even fight the price, just pay and tell him "Brother, your customer service is nonexistent and you're incredibly rude. Maybe you should find a new line of work." To which he simply responds with a sarcastic "Have a nice day". I have never had such unprofessional, rude interactions with a place of business. Tire Discounters needs to do better and ddress the problem. I assure you, as long as Mike is still there, I will not be back. That said, the work appears to have been done correctly and i’ve had no issues. So, 2 stars for a job well done at least.

Got a couple of tires here a month ago. Got 2 tires and the total was close to 200. I go in today to get one more. The total was 358 dollars. The same guy that helped me had a garbage additude and told me it wasn't him. I said check your books. Its in there. Then said someone must've used his computer and login to ring me up the last time cause he would never of sold anyone that tire at that price. Another employee came over and said I think the guy that did that got fired for giving discounts. And that's it. No help. No rectiying the situation. No apologies. Just kept saying it was wrong and that would never happen. Awsome experience. When you finally think you found the right place to get your car fixed.... it sucks. Because my last visit was pretty good. Today was the upside-down version. Cheers and good luck.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
