- KAKayla AdamsMar 11, 20265.0Went in for an oil change in the evening and Charles (Charlie) got me in and taken care of! The sitting area inside of the shop was nice and clean, fridge was stocked! I had the old tire discounters card and he provided me all the knowledge and benefits about the new one which I appreciated for my future purchases and car needs I will ALWAYS come to Tire Discounters on Harrison Ave! I highly recommend above all other car shops around!

They got me on and out. I was astonished at the price of a tire. I have a small car with small tires. Is $160 a lot for one small tire? You tell me.

Great customer service and dedicated work. Dakota and her team a great job. They sent me over to their nearest locatio...and 20 minutes away to get my alignment. Job well done. Would highly recommend.

Although I did not have time to get the alignment and oil done due to having to do it between two appointments on my end. They were super understanding and got my car in and out with brand new awesome tires at an exceptionally good cost along with still being able to provide the alignment and oil from my package another day when I had more time! Everyone was so kind and efficient. I had called multiple places this day trying to get in last minute and they did not hesitate. 100% recommend Charles and his team!!
- JBJames BordicksFeb 13, 20265.0Lance at the Harrison Ave. Location is a VERY valuable asset to the company! I came in not knowing what was wrong with my tire to discover a slipped belt. Not only was he knowledgeable about the situation but he was concerned for my families safety. I was with my 3 young daughters and he made sure to get us right in and out so the wouldn't have to wait. Too often ppl are pushy trying to run up yiur bill, not Lance. He wasn't pushy at all just gave me the facts, his opinion and let me make the best decision. Im in the customer service industry and its VERY hard to find employees that care, are understanding and want to put you in the best scenario possible. Also too often in this industry pll dont take the time for a pat on the back the only want to take time to complain so I hope the higher ups at Tire Discounters read this and give Lance the kudos he deserves!!
