They were already fully booked, so they said I could come back at 5pm the next day. I had to make arrangements for someone else to bring in my car as I couldn’t get off work early. They showed up and were turned away saying they were fully booked again and don’t even accept reservations. This was completely unprofessional to confirm they would be able to help me the next day, have me come in, then turn me away for a second time due to poor management and scheduling. I would not recommend this place and was very disappointed with their lack of customer service.

The car had been literally nowhere else and I notice them missing the minute I got into the drivers seat. The manager claims to have reviewed the camera footage but it “cannot zoom” and claims they didn’t see anyone take them. Of course not, they’re small and were taken while inside the car. To make it worse, they refuse to admit this could have happened at their store and were incredibly rude to my husband on the phone. As these are an older generation, “find my” is not working. We never once asked for money. We simply wanted the AirPods back or at least a simple acknowledgement that this happened. Instead it was snide remarks and gaslighting. Spend your money at a place you can trust.
