  I had a great experience at Tire Discounters Oakley. Corey the general manager always takes great care of me. Service was quick and efficient. The staff is always friendly and professional. I would recommend anyone needing an oil change or any car issues to take it to this location. It’s hard to find a place you can trust, this location is one of them. I will be coming back for future service on my vehicle at Tire Discounters Oakley.

  This shop has absolute top tier techs and customer service. Corey the manager and Joey were both extremely professional and helpful. I took a flat tire in to be plugged without an appointment, and they were able to repair same day at no charge as a friendly favor. Kept the wife happy to get her car back on the road! I’ll be back to give them mechanic business in the future or shop for tires!

  My wife bought a tire here 2 weeks ago and we hit one (1) pothole at 10 miles an hour outside of our house and it popped. Apparently even though we got a warranty there is nothing they can do. They’re trying to claim that a supposedly “brand new” tire popped after one bump at 10 miles an hour. I call bs. Don’t trust them with your money or your vehicle.

  Rude and extremely unprofessional: They were short, dismissive, and unprofessional. During my initial check-in. Upon arrival I was mistaken for another customer, asking if I returned to pickup my Honda. I didn’t resemble the person in the slightest other than us both being POC’s. When attempting to ask questions about the service the person checking me in was short and walked away to assist another customer I made an appointment that I arrived 20 minutes early for. After waiting well over an hour a mechanic comes out to tell me “ we won’t get to your car today” no apology, no options. Before this I was a repeat customer but can’t see myself returning after

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Tire Discounters! I originally went in just for an alignment. I already knew I needed new tires, but honestly I wasn’t ready to spend that kind of money yet because it can be so expensive. Corey completely changed the experience for me. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never made me feel pressured, and somehow worked out the best deal possible so I could go ahead and get the new tires without feeling stressed about it. I truly felt like he cared more about helping me than just making a sale. As a girl, walking into anything car-related can honestly feel intimidating. You never want to feel talked down to or taken advantage of. Corey made me feel comfortable, respected, and confident in my decisions the entire time. That alone means so much. The service was fast, professional, and just overall top-tier. I will forever come back to this location specifically because of Corey. If you’re on the fence about where to go, this is your sign — ask for Corey. You won’t regret it!
