We came in for a simple oil change and ended up waiting over two hours without anyone even taking the car in. No one communicated with us or explained the delay, and the customer service was very poor. This was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this location unless they seriously improve their service and time management.

I set-up an appointment to swap my winter and summer wheels AND tires based on a quote. I set the appointment time for a date that the temp was high enough to drive my summer tires to the shop and where it wouldn’t interfere with my holiday schedule. Once I arrived for my appointment they said the quote was incorrect and that they needed to add additional charges. This despite me clearly outlining the work with them, and them confirming the work at the original time of quoting. The Audi dealership was charging the same but this TD is closer to home so I was going to go with TD. Now that they’re charging more than the dealership I’ve made appointment with the dealership. This is the fault of the front desk folks and not the tech. I understand the tech not wanting to honor the original price since he won’t be paid for the ‘additional’ work (although he now has a gap in his schedule that could have been filled when the additional work would have amounted to less than 10mins). My greatest gripe is the waste of my time and the 2 weeks lost where I may have to drive my summer tires in damaging conditions, thus shortening their lifetime. Won’t be back to any TD again, they’ve lost the lifetime value of a customer with SEVERAL vehicles.
One additional note: Even with the appointment, they estimated my wait time would be 3 hrs for this work (20-30 min job) which is absurd.

Hit a pot hole and ended up with four new tires. Guy who did the intake talked about how often Tesla rims crack. Told him I'd had two repaired already. When I picked the car up, the pressure in the front right tire was already down 7 pounds. Back right was down 5. Aired them up, they continued to leak. Two out of four tires leaking fairly rapidly, and the tech hadn't noticed. Poor quality control. Would not recommend this particular location. Like Tire Discounters in general.

I got 3 tires and and an oil change for $540, which I was fine with. I was scheduled at noon for theses services plus a quote on brakes. I arrived 10 minutes before my noon appointment. It took 2 hours for them to begin servicing my vehicle and then they quoted me $300+ on only front brake pads. I asked for the breakdown of the price and they said the brake pads were $70, with over $230+ in labor on a car they were already working on!? I can only recommend tires here and that's if you want them to start 2 hours late on an appointment time they provided. It took 4 hours for 3 tires and an oil change. Also, they put the mileage sticker on the window without asking.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
