  I dropped off two wheels off needing new tires around 11am and was told it’d be a few hours before they’d be installed finished so I went back home to wait. I called at 5pm and was told my tires are getting installed now and they’ll be ready when I arrive. I arrived at 5:20 to a lobby of highly frustrated customers who were also waiting. Finally got to the counter at 6pm and paid for the service. I drove my truck around to pick up the wheels with new tires only to discover they hadn’t even started on them and asked if I could come back the next day. It’s now 6:30pm and I waiting in the parking lot along with several other frustrated customers. Had I dropped off the car I would understand not having the bays to pull the car in to remove the wheel due to being busy. However, I intentionally removed the wheels from the car and dropped them off for ease on the tech and to expedite the process. The lack of communication and follow through is very unprofessional. The only glimmer of hope in all of this is the onsite manager trying to keep it all together.

  Beginning to wonder been sitting 40 minutes after appointment time and My car is not even to the back yet. Watched 2 come back cause something forgotten to put one. And one that's been here all day for a tire. The store manager that was working already knew the situation. Mondays are crazy and shouldn't be able to be overbooked like that. They were doing what they could but cars outweighed the employees.

  Mr. Brian, was amazing very person centered and great with the kids coming in on a last minute tire repair got us back on the road super helpful loves what he does great energy.

  Huge thank you to Mark Ballard and the entire team at Tyre Discount! I work at the Bearcat Buddies, and I came in with a flat tire needing help. Mark went above and beyond for us, he was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I’ve arrived. He took great care of me and even helped us out free of charge, which truly meant a lot. The service was outstanding, and Mark made sure everything was handled smoothly and with genuine kindness. You don’t come across people like this often, and it really shows how much he and his team care about their customers.
