He wouldn’t get me in to fix my tire because he’s been “too busy”. But yet a car I drive my kids around in all over. Maybe be more careful who you want to move up in the company and who you have working there. Because I will be telling others to not go to that store.

As I waited in line for about 2 minutes I was greeted once again and helped by Mariah she was very polite and professional. She did need a little help by the other gentleman there named Chandler but she informed me she was still new to the company and that’s the kind of communication that helps people understand and not get frustrated! She had told me that it would take an hour and kept coming over and checking on me to see if I needed anything. She kept me updated on my vehicle as well which was amazing! Mariah and chandler are amazing and I will be definitely coming back to this location!

But this visit was pretty…not sure what to call it. The guys in the actual shop where the repairs happen, they were on it. They were extremely busy, nonstop. It’s one of the office people who wasn’t very professional. That one individual just seemed like they were dragging everyone down, keeping everyone else from doing their own jobs. She constantly needed babysat by the men working there. She was darting around looking busy, but wasn’t doing anything, except loud chatter, acting very immature (she was quite young so hopefully she’ll grow out of that). I know business have their bad days. Maybe this was just one of those days. The head guy in charge really tried his best to make sure the office was staying on task, but they just seemed to do their own thing.

Mariah was very friendly and gave me a comprehensive run down of my tires and pointed out my treads were also getting very low. I was able to get all 4 of my tires replaced the same day which was very helpful during this busy time of year!

I was waiting at the door at 7:45 AM They did not have me out of here until 12:45 PM. 4 hours and 45 minutes for a set of tires…. The manager, Josh said sorry for the inconvenience and he would give me a free oil change, so I scheduled an appointment for an oil change on a different day. Almost 2 hours later in the vehicle is still sitting in the parking lot and has not even been started yet. There is no way I could ever come back to this location or bring the multiple businesses that I work with back to this location
