Horrible customer service and communication. Poor time management. The employees were literally yelling at each other angrily in the garage while customers were sitting in the lobby.
Less than two months ago, I brought my car here and had four new tires installed. They told me my front brakes were fine, but I needed new rear brakes, so I got those replaced as well. I was told the work would take two hours. I sat there for over four hours. It was so bad that they gave me a discount and a free oil change.
Now, less than two months later, my front driver’s brakes seized up due to a collapsed brake line. So I now need new front brakes and a new brake line—and according to them, it’s “not their problem and has nothing to do with the work they did.”
When I asked the man at the desk how long the repair would take, he rolled his eyes, walked away without saying a word, and eventually came back with, “The paper’s not hanging on the board, so they’re working on it.” That was the entire explanation.
I’ve now been sitting here for three hours. When I asked again for an ETA—because I can see my car just sitting there—he rudely said, “They’re working on it. It’s a 4.5-hour job. That’s what you paid for: 4.5 service hours.” No one ever told me that when I checked in. If they had, I would have arranged a ride. I couldn’t even respond because I was shocked by the way he spoke to me. I’m a soft-spoken person—I wasn’t rude, upset, or angry. I was literally just asking a question.
This used to be my go-to place, but the last couple of visits have been absolutely awful.

Had $800 worth of work done on my Jeep Wrangler this past week. They replaced 5 month old struts replaced because apparently they were “bad” from when they had replaced them in May of 2025, amongst other work done. After paying for cost for my jeep Friday morning 10/31, I asked where my car was parked and the manager goes “honestly I have no idea where your jeep is parked” he proceeds to hand me my keys and I have to go look for my jeep which was not parked at the store!!! It was parked behind the store in another lot. As I get home I open the door and I see a broken off piece sitting in my passenger drivers seat. I inspected my car and could not find out where the piece went too. Today 11/4 as I go to pump my gas I notice the piece goes to my license plate! I call the store and the manager tells me another customer hit my vehicle and that they meant to tell me but didn’t. They have other drivers information in case I need it. I’m truly in awe this is how this store handles business. I have spent over $3k to Colerain tire discounters in the past year alone and this is how they repay their customer. If I would have never called they would have never told me ANOTHER CUSTOMER HIT MY JEEP!!!! I will be contacting the BBB immediately.

Always the best customer service. Took care of me so many times. Totally worth it to buy all four tires from them!
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
