I got a free oil change. used it a week later and then all of a sudden the didn't feel comfortable letting me drive it home because I needed a ball joint. went to my real machanic who did the work but acted like it wasn't as bad as they said. then today I just wanted my free alignment cuz I just got the ball joint done , they made me wait an hour when I had an appointment. then refused to do it saying I needed a tire rod. so walked out with anxiety and no alignment.
