I’ve been a loyal Tire Discounters customer for over 10 years, but this experience completely changed that. I was told I had an 11 a.m. appointment for an oil change and inspection that would take 1.5–2 hours, so I rearranged my schedule. Instead, my car sat at the shop for over seven hours with no service completed. Management was unhelpful, insisted it was a “drop-off” despite what I was told, and offered no solution or urgency. My time was completely wasted, and due to the lack of professionalism, I will not be returning.

We were in a bind with a flat tire while out of town, and Andrew saved the day by helping us out super quickly, saving us from having to
Uber to a rental car place with our toddler and his car seat in tow. Absolutely five star friendly service!
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
