Had an appointment for an oil change at 3 it’s 4:15 and they still haven’t started. Mind you they only take appointments they don’t take walk ins.

On October, 16th, 2025 I had purchased new tires from this Tire Discounters location and while I have no issues with the tires themselves I do take issue with their "recommendations" for services on the rest of my car. Long story short they were going to try and charge me $1,700 for new Tie Rods to be installed on my 2017 Ford Focus. I declined the service and they denied a tire alignment on my car, on top of that they incorrectly balanced my rear passenger tire and it was out of balance.
For context my Ford Focus only has 36,000 miles on it and whether their policies on tie rods are different than other auto shops, I took it to Monro Auto in Anderson and they had inspected my vehicle for an Oil change prior to my visit with Tire Discounters and they said I did not need new tie rods. I then had to take my car to another auto shop just for them to tell me my tires did not need alignment and balanced my out of balance tire for free. I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. No longer entertaining going back to Tire Discounters for anything as it is not worth the headache and frustration.
Note: Tire Discounters, I am not looking for a solution to my issues anymore as I had to go to another auto shop for them to complete a job you all did not do.

On 8/5 I brought my car to the Tire Discounters due to a slow leak on one of the tires that was prompting an alert on the car's dashboard. I thought I'd need a new tire since I had filled it only to have it leak again. The technicians at the shop checked me in and had the car on the lift within 15 minutes. I was surprised because many of the lifts were in use. Johnathan informed me that I did not need a new tire, that they would be able to apply a substance that would provide a seal to the tire. I was thrilled since I was expecting to have to pay for a new tire. I was literally in and out in 30 minutes! Great service, and the girl who checked me in on the computer (unusual name which I don't remember) was amazing on the keyboard! Great experience!

The staff was very courteous and helpful. They were kind enough to not charge me for a simple repair to an almost new tire. I recommend them highly.
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
