I feel bad for this review. Most of the employees are great. Hunter is dishonest and unreliable. I had new tires put on in April. Along with an alignment. I come back in October because I'm having vibrations. My tires according to the new alignment sheet WERE off (brand new front end in April as well). My new tires are ruined and Hunter refuses to admit fault and warranty tires. I have road hazard and manufacturer warranty. He won't even contact the manufacturer. He said my shocks with 60k on them, though they show no signs of wear, might be the problem. And because they MIGHT be the problem he will not honor the warranty I PURCHASED! Don't go here. Hunter will screw you over.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR BRAKE WORK I took my car in to have the brakes fixed. The issue was Grinding (needed brake shoes and rotor) and a Spongy brake. They replaced Rotors, Brake pads, Calipers and the Master Cylinder (this is what they said was wrong). This cost me $3348.01. when I went to pick the car up I didn't like the feel of the brakes. The pedal would go all the way to the floor. If you pumped the brake up and hold it, the pedal would slowly bleed down until it hit the floor. Took it home to have someone else feel it. They agreed it didn't feel right. I took it back and the first thing that I was told is the brakes are fine, an argument started and I left the car for them to fix it. Long story Short the cars brakes are still spongy and Tire Discounters are saying there is nothing else they can do. I plan on taking my car to another repair shop to have it fixed. I will admit when I went into the store to pick up my car I got a little heated (lot) and said some words I am not proud of. The Manager (Hunter) was the most unprofesional manager I have ever talked to. One thing he did do is try to protect his mechanics as he should, but if you cannot do your job and keep trying to say it is OK for Brakes to be Spongy then you shouldn't be a mechanic. If you google Spongy brakes the first thing it tells you is to not drive it if the brakes are Spongy and take it to a professional. As I stated above, I will never go back to this location.

Thank you to Devin and the rest of the staff for taking great care of my handicapped father in law’s automobile. They were informative but didn’t pressure for a sale. 10/10 would recommend

Frequently Asked Questions About Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
