- KKKim KJan 23, 20265.0In early November, I had 70% tint applied to my windshield and 20% on the front doors and waited a bit before reviewing to ensure the tint was going to be okay. So far, so good. When I came in for my appointment, the gentleman greeted me and when I showed interest in the varying tinting types because I knew nothing about it, he pointed out that I might be interested in a darker tint than what had originally been put on the order that I'd been walked through on the phone. I definitely wanted to go darker so the order was revised and that's what I received. The only glitches, but to their credit: my car is older, so the headliner's 'fuzziness' kept coming off in micro-bits and getting under the tint (they redid it three times before it was to their satisfaction), plus the car's previous owner had applied ultra-cheap tint and removing it was a nightmare--but they got it done! These unexpected issues caused the job to be four hours long, so I'm glad I had the time to sit and that the seating area was clean, comfortable and had coffee and water available as well as periodic conversation and updates. I'm even more grateful that they were determined to do the job correctly. Overall, I'm more than happy with the respectful service, tint education and results of the work done. I'd feel confident in returning here if I ever need another vehicle tinted.
