  I had a busted out back window! I signed papers stating I understood they will do their best to vacuum out all shattered glass but can’t guarantee all small chares I understood and signed They never vacuumed at all. I was already late for work and I’m assuming they were running behind and too busy to do so. I had to go to a car wash to vacuum myself after work for my dog to get in my back seat! It was a terrible experience. I was the first appointment and should have no excuses

  From the moment I walked in until the moment I came back to pick up my car, the welcome when I walked in, to have a great day when I left. Then there is the in between. Everyone I encountered today at this location were beyond the friendliest most professional people I have met! Thank you for your outstanding customer service.And top notch repair. Hopefully I never need a new windshield, but if I do it will be back at this location.

  Customer service was amazing. After dealing with AI and Robotic customer service and no way to talk to a human I was greeted by a manager that went above and beyond to get me back to normal. I had an extremely unlucky streak and to add the frustration of dealing with multiple entities to get my vehicles repaired. Safelite made the experience smooth and as stress free as possible.

  The first glass was scratched and they wanted to know if I still wanted it. Then rescheduled the appointment five days later. Then after replacement my deductible was $250 and charge $391 to my card. This was not a good experience. You would have thought they would be better after their lawsuit.

  I’ve been to this shop several times over the past few years. The staff are excellent. Prompt, efficient, and easy to work with. Windshield repairs and replacements have always been flawless with no issues.
