Update: Penske always say they have e logs.... they don't... took it to other penske, they just told me there wasn't a ELD device in the truck...
I've told my trucking company I won't use them ever again... always give me a trash truck.

This is a great Penske location. I had an oil leak, I came in and they fixed it up, and had a great attitude about everything. We need more Penske like this location. I am so thankful to the 2nd shift crew for getting me back on the road safe again!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and communication we've received regarding our leased unit, which was brought in for PM on September 28th. Today marks the 9th day, and every day we’ve been told by Cole that the truck would be ready “tomorrow.” This repeated delay has become unacceptable.
This morning, I contacted Cole to request a clear ETA, but my call was ignored. I then reached out to the Rental Department to inquire about a SUB as our driver has been sitting idle for over a week and has been frustrated. Andrew from Rentals was helpful and provided all the information regarding available units. However, I was transferred back to Cole at Service to confirm the status of our truck.
When I spoke with Cole again, he denied my request for a SUB unit, stating the truck would be ready anytime soon and that there was no point in assigning a replacement. I explained that since today is Friday, if the truck isn't ready until after 5 PM, it would be too late to arrange any load for the day. I offered a reasonable solution to take a SUB unit, pick up a load, and return the SUB once our main unit was ready. Despite this, my request was again dismissed, and I felt completely ignored.
Cole’s attitude and lack of professionalism throughout this entire process have been deeply concerning. His approach to customer communication is unacceptable. I do not understand how someone with such poor interpersonal skills has been placed in a customer-facing role.
This has been a terrible experience, and to make matters worse, our truck is still not ready. The continued delays and poor service are directly impacting our operations.
I urge you to address this matter seriously. Customers deserve better treatment and timely communication—neither of which were provided here.
