  Great service, full transparency and quick turnaround throughout the process of my transmission rebuild. Mike and his team could not have been easier to work with and every bit of it was top-notch, start to finish! Saved me a lot of hassle and a good deal of money!

  I called in this week to schedule an appointment for what I believed was my torque converter going. They told me my 2021 Expedition doesn’t normally have torque converter issues and to replace my spark plugs and coils then leave him a 5 star review. Well, he was right, the problem is fixed and I’m leaving a 5 star review. Very easily could have taken my money and replaced it but they were honest and I’m keeping my word. They will get my business if and when the real need comes! Stand up shop!!

  Mike and his team at Northgate Transmission provided top-notch service on rebuilding the transmission on my 2002 Ford Excursion Powerstroke Diesel. Mike was thorough on explaining the process, and kept me informed throughout. Even though some issues were discovered during the rebuild, I still paid the price quoted to me prior to the work being started, and the shop ate the cost. To top it off, the work was still completed within the time quoted. My truck runs great and I couldn't be happier. Mike's attention to detail is bar none, and it shows, from the time I dropped my truck off, to the time I picked up my truck, which had been hand-washed and tire shine on the tires. I am VERY particular, and do not trust just anybody to do work on my truck. But 100% I would take my truck back to Mike and his team. I highly recommend Mike and his team at Northgate Transmission.

  I contacted Northgate Transmission after my truck triggered eight diagnostic codes just a week before Christmas. Despite being very busy, Mike asked me to bring it in as soon as possible so he could assess the severity of the issue. It turned out the truck needed a full transmission replacement, and Mike was outstanding throughout the entire process. Although he had never worked with my warranty company before, he handled everything professionally and kept me informed every step of the way. The transmission replacement was completed successfully, comes with a two-year guarantee, and my truck runs great. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Exceptional customer service, high-quality work, and honest communication—I highly recommend Northgate Transmission.
