She lives in the retirement community across the street, so it was very convenient. They got everything taken care of in under an hour, on budget. Said they would need to keep my truck for a few days, then tried to get out of reimbursing me for a rental car. To make it up, they offered to comp my next oil change. So I take my wife’s car in a few weeks later and they give me a “free” oil change but try charging $287 for new wiper blades. Shady business.
