  Unfortunately I had a terrible experience here. Let me first start by saying the first couple of times that I came. I had low pressure in my tires and needed air and they were quick to accommodate and put air in my tire at no cost. So when my tire went flat, I had my car towed to their shop, expecting the same experience. That was not the case. The car was towed Thursday around 3 PM. I waited about an hour after the car got to the shop before making the call to find out what could be done about the flat tire and to let them know that I had also had a slow leak in a different tire. They let me know that they were extremely busy and probably would not be able to get to me till that evening or the next day. That evening came and no one called so after I got up and ready the next day, I gave them a call. The man who answered, seemed very agitated from the beginning and defensive. I had let him know that I had only been waiting on a call to find out what could be done with my vehicle. He stated he did not have my information and I let him know that that was odd because I had an appointment and was receiving text messages from them. I went over what needed to be done with my car again and he said that he would reach out to me within half hour and 45 minutes. Two hours later, I called them again letting them know that I had not heard from them. He stated that he had called me within 10 minutes of our phone call was again angry and seemed a bit hostile this time towards me. Come to find out he had called the wrong number. He told me they couldn’t remove the tires off my vehicle because they did not have the lock for the wheels to unlock it. But when I looked in my trunk, everything was there that they needed. He told me everything that was wrong and how it could be fixed, but after everything had been done. I decided to take my vehicle somewhere else. His name was Doug. He was very unprofessional, genuinely unkind and a bit hostile through our conversation. I do not recommend going to this location.

  Almost didn't give me the tire promotion that was online until I showed proof. Told me I would ONLY be here for 45min. I have been here for almost 3hrs. Appointment was at 1030am, left here at 12:50. Just for 4 Tires ONLY!! Guy was running front desk and doing my tires. I keep seeing other guys wondering around and a motorcycle reving up. This place is to much. Be prepared to stay here for hours or make sure you have a back up plan. I WILL NOT be coming back

  Service was very courteous and quick. They explained what was needed clearly and thoroughly. I will return if and when needed.

  Had all breaks changed and a month later same problem with squealing on tires spent over 1000 with them to have fixed and still the same problem they said a splash guard missing is why it was making a slight sound still but car is still squealing when coming to a stop
