- DDDanielle DubaJan 2, 20265.0I’ve gotten two oil changes here now, the first time being after Firestone screwed me over by making an appointment for me and not honoring it. Monro was available For a same-day appointment. I was greeted by the same gentleman both times I got my oil changed once in July and once late December. Both times he was very knowledgeable and informative. They get the job done without any razzle dazzle. They include a courtesy inspection and free alignment in the oil change, Something that Firestone did not include or feel the need to tell me when I was due for a rotation. I will keep coming back As long as I continue to get good service. Would recommend to friends and family.
