- RWRich WeaverJul 21, 20251.0Avoid this place! Scammers set-up event parking signs and collect cash, and then LAZ comes after you for ridiculous no-pay charges. They admit there was a scammer that took your money but then send a payment request to collections. For whatever reason, they'd rather go after their customers than the thief.

I park where the attendant tells me to and then as I'm paying he tries to make me move to another spot after I paid. I said no and he gets agitated but then my partner agrees to move the car. Park somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.
- ADAlan DaviesNov 17, 20241.0Be very careful about parking here. Their payment App thinks you are in their lot right across the street and takes your payment. They will then send you a notice stating you didn’t pay and demanding a payment for $92. I disputed this since their app misled me with the location and mis-sold me a parking ticket. I provided my receipt and they acknowledged I had paid for parking but had not “followed the rules”. Ridiculous! I simply used their app. Since they acknowledged I had paid they decided they would reduce the fine from $92 to $15 plus a $5 “convenience fee”. I feel like I’ve just been mugged in the street. Such shady and deceptive business practices. Please be very cautious about using this lot - run by morally bankrupt people.
- EJElizabeth JacksonDec 28, 20231.0DO NOT PARK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT MULTIPLE FALSE TICKETS OF $92 ISSUED TO YOU INCORRECTLY! I got two and both have been disputed (first one was dismissed since they said I didn't pay and I showed them proof that I did). The second one I just got said my ticket expired while parking even though I chose the max alloted time and I wasn't close to that. The app rarely ever works to pay for the parking in the first place.
