- JRJustin RothSep 24, 20252.0Terrible design. The entrance and exit are on the wrong side, the entrance has a narrow and winding ramp to enter. The first few floors all have “reserved” signs. Just a bad garage.

Their payment machine took six dollars of the $11 that I was attempting to pay before it began refusing the last 5 dollar bill. It kept spitting it back out until it finally issued a ticket for a $6 refund. Because I had an appointment that I would've been late to, I chose to pay the fee with my credit card. When I got home, I called the business and was told to send an email with a picture of the ticket and my mailing address to Nina. I did that, but no response. Then after two or three more emails, I finally get a response from Christopher Stevens who told me that he would process my refund. That was June 2020. It is February 28, 2021 and I still have not received the refund. I filed a claim with the BBB. The business did not respond. These people take for granted that unsuspecting customers will park there, and they don't seem to care what your experience was like. $6 seems like a small amount until you consider that they may do this regularly to people who have no idea that it has happened to others. I've given this business multiple opportunities to refund me or at the very least, explain why they won't. I hope this helps someone else avoid being scammed.
