  Terrible place to buy a car. Scammers. Finance guy Robert was unprofessional got upset because I didnt want his 100$ a month gap insurance when my insurance charges $5 even better coverage than his offer,went as far as saying he wouldnt let his grandmother walk out without it, tells you what kind of man that is. Raised the price of car 2,000$ from online price and stated price out of salesman mouth without discussion. Try to pull some 3rd party payment plan auto pay plus that is litterly a middle man to make your payment for you has since been canceled luckily. Place is a joke I would never buy a vehicle here. Buyer beware. Also look on reddit place has multiple terrible reviews. Wouldn't deal with salesman patrick he thinks he the mark Wahlberg of car sales and doesn't even know what air ride is, very aggressive and pushy not good to deal with. Tavon was cool though. Hank was cool. Very unprofessional company!

  Jeff Wyler is a scam artist. The service representative Dejon tried to tell my elderly mother that she needed an expensive wheel alignment while in for one of many recall fixes on her lemon Honda. I had just bought her a new set of tires and alignment at Tire Discounters the week before. I brought it back there and told them that Jeff Wyler Superior Honda says the wheels aren’t aligned, what’s the deal? They showed with their equipment that the wheels were in fact perfectly aligned. They said Jeff Wyler had a reputation for selling unneeded services to people they think are gullible. So apparently Jeff Wyler likes to take advantage of senior citizens. I called on my mother’s behalf to complain and over the course of a week no one would answer the phone or call us back having left several voice messages. They never responded. I finally told my mother to just never go back. I’ll have to drive her car to a further away Honda dealership that isn’t Jeff Wyler owned next time her car is recalled. This place was great before Jeff Wyler bought it. 4 cars were purchased there from my family under pervious ownership. It’s really a shame. Now it feels like just any other low quality slimy mechanic shop with extra pushy liars trying to sell at all costs(yours and mine). It’s no different than being robbed. Avoid at all costs!

  I just want to thank Chris Lucas for being very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I have dealt with Honda World, Neil Huffman, and Jeff Wyler Louisville on the internet and in person but I was very impressed with Chris Lucas who showed us the car that we are interested in and explained every detail about the car. I would like to thank Chang also, one of the managers for being very helpful and responsive. Because of these two wonderful people we sealed the deal with this dealership although we have to drive 2 hours from home. I do believe that knowing the product you’re selling and able to respond quickly and being professional are the key to win business not pushy.

  One of the best purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. We were just passing through and decided to stop in to check the inventory, and that’s when we met Steven Scott. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely understanding of the needs of my family. He never tried to oversell or use bait-and-switch tactics. Instead, he took the time to truly listen rather than just push a sal an invaluable quality in a sales representative. We’ve already recommended him to friends and family. What made the experience even better was how comfortable and confident we felt throughout the entire process.

  This place has fallen off a cliff service wise since being purchased by Wyler. I took my leased 2023 Honda Passport in because the tire pressure sensors were malfunctioning. They accused the tire shop I had recently had new tires put on of swapping out the sensors telling me they were after market and not Honda OEM parts. They said the only way they could fix it is by replacing them all with new sensors at $200 a pop. Of course the tire shop I returned to was dumbfounded as they say they charge $60 a sensor and says they wouldn't have done that for free, however they were kind enough to replace them free of charge anyways. Come to find out they show me the sensors that were in there were of the same brand (Continental) as the tires the Passport had on it when I first leased the vehicle from Honda so even more proof that these were indeed the original sensors that came with the car. Then the icing on the cake is they reach out to me via text asking if I was satisfied and when I told them no and explained what I just wrote here, they simply ghosted me! No reply or any communication. Will definitely not be purchasing or leasing any more vehicles from Honda after this lease is up. I pay $800 a month leasing this vehicle only to be nickel and dimed and have the buck passed at every turn. WHAT A JOKE…… ….. Funny how the 5 star comments are the only ones responded to on here with no acknowledgment to the bad reviews. You guys are truly a clown show. #WylerWay!!!
