I enjoyed my sales rep, Kevin! We walked in with my 2002 Honda Civic just to get serviced, but ended up walking out the next day with a new 2026! I love the look of my new car! He got me the best deal he could on it, so I'm very happy about that!
I was worried about making my first biggest financial decision, but with his help, I was able to buy my first NEW car!

They are saving my Ridgeline. No hype. Had the new used truck with low miles looked at by 2 shops before purchase, and after.
Drove the truck into Superior Honda SprG, and Erin Dolan the Safety Advisor (My title for the Pro) WENT TO WORK. She was amazing. Found everything. And her Honda bedside manner can't be generated by i@. Erin and the observant service team found a major issue, which compounded with next to no supply of parts, but Erin is RESOURCEFUL.
Did I mention that Superior Honda sent me a quick load video? Well lit. Not shakey. Sharp picture. I could see texture.

Anyway, within 5 min(?) of explaining to Mrs. Dolan why I brought my truck into the shop that Saturday morning (full lobby), I expressed to her that I appreciated her customer service. And she matter of factly stated, "It is easier to help a fellow human than it is to... not?." Or some type of Yoda-esque-Ya's people's uplifting words of righteousness.
Man I sound like a mark. But I am relieved that my truck is under the care and service of my Superior Honda Shop!
That bill is a real one. But a worthy investment. 🕺 🛻

I have been to this branch 2 times to sell my cars and those will be the last times I go. I first went to sell one of my cars that was in mint condition, just got it one year prior to the visit and on text they were telling me they were going to give an offer higher than any offer i have received. When they were inspecting my vehicle, they kept bringing up random things and fake problems like “oh theres a scratch here” “a small dent over here” “no we have to replace this part so the price will go down” all of that BS. I ended up receiving an offer worse than all of my other ones and mid conversation they rudely give me my keys as if they want me to leave quicker. I came back today to give them another chance on a different car, I specifically listed the condition of my vehicle beforehand and they told me the same lies about “we will give an offer higher than the other ones”. I ended up receiving the worst offer just like before and they didn’t want to negotiate at all. Very unprofessional, also asked me if they raise the price will I have a deal with them. Sounds like they were trying their luck out on the price to get a quick buck out of me. I do not recommend going here at all, I think there are hundreds of options to consider before this one. To the salesperson, go outside because i left the contract on the floor for you 😉.
Chris Lucas and the entire Jeff Wyler team was absolutely amazing! Best experience I’ve had purchasing a car. I live 1.5 hours from the dealership and was able to make a deal without any pressure or hassle. The finance team was super helpful, no pressure, and the entire deal was completed remotely. Best part, Chris personally delivered my beautiful new ride to my work (freshly detailed, full tank of gas) since I wasn’t able to drive to the dealership that day. 🙌 10/10 recommend buying a car from this team and ASK FOR CHRIS!

I went in as a first time buying and was helped immediately with any questions I had about the process along with any questions about the vehicle. Very satisfied with the whole deal. Ended up with a new civic hybrid which has been an easy transition from the older vehicles I have always driven. Never thought it was possible for me to end up in a new vehicle. The salesman Adam Pulliam was very insightful and made the whole process way easier than I ever thought imaginable.
