- LKLandon KrantzDec 30, 20252.0Fishy feeling. Called about a small nuisance on my 1-year-old car to see if there were recalls or updates on the issue. They said “no but bring it in we’ll take a look. And its still under warranty.” I get there, immediately starts looking at tire treads, setting up an oil change and tire rotation (not due for either). Maybe it was just good service but certainly felt like I was being sold because he didn’t check the appt notes, ask why I was there, or even bring up the main issue. Then says they’ll look at it but if it’s not a manufacturing issue, the time to look at the problem is $250 for labor. If that’s their policy that’s fine, I appreciate him telling me before we started. I left. It’s a small issue so don’t care that much to take the chance on $250. Nothing bad happened just all in all felt fishy and not going back. A little bait-and-switch like.

I did not know what to expect with obtaining service for my Murano from a new Nissan Service Center, but I was pleasantly surprised. Service was quick and I was given recommendations for the next service my Murano needs with no 'hard sell' and a video of the inspection which is extremely helpful. This is a service center that I feel I can trust and I will be scheduling more services soon at my new Nissan Service center. Great experience!

Jake was kind, knowledgeable and patient, I couldn't imagine a new car sale going so smoothly, thanks to Jake and the JW team. I highly recommend this location and especially Jake, you are awesome. Thanks to everyone, Jim and Sean for staying late to accommodate our needs.
