Fishy feeling. Called about a small nuisance on my 1-year-old car to see if there were recalls or updates on the issue. They said “no but bring it in we’ll take a look. And its still under warranty.” I get there, immediately starts looking at tire treads, setting up an oil change and tire rotation (not due for either). Maybe it was just good service but certainly felt like I was being sold because he didn’t check the appt notes, ask why I was there, or even bring up the main issue. Then says they’ll look at it but if it’s not a manufacturing issue, the time to look at the problem is $250 for labor. If that’s their policy that’s fine, I appreciate him telling me before we started. I left. It’s a small issue so don’t care that much to take the chance on $250. Nothing bad happened just all in all felt fishy and not going back. A little bait-and-switch like.

I just moved to Cincinnati from Orlando, FL. I did not know what to expect with obtaining service for my Murano from a new Nissan Service Center, but I was pleasantly surprised. Service was quick and I was given recommendations for the next service my Murano needs with no 'hard sell' and a video of the inspection which is extremely helpful. This is a service center that I feel I can trust and I will be scheduling more services soon at my new Nissan Service center. Great experience!

TL;DR: Jeff Wyler Nissan averages ~20% markup on parts (sometimes up to 25%). My spark plug job was billed at $995 ($411 parts, $584 labor). Spark plugs on my invoice were $48 each compared to ~$29 if bought directly from Nissan. I’ve included screenshots of my invoice and Nissan pricing for reference. My Experience: Routine maintenance quickly turned into a $2,900 bill for standard services. Spark plug replacement alone was almost $1,000. No upfront pricing was given, and when I dug in, I felt I’d been significantly overcharged on parts. That makes me question not just the pricing, but whether I even needed all the services they recommended. That lack of transparency really erodes trust. On top of that, they tack on a 3% credit card fee, which added $130 to my bill. Final Update (8/29): I’m glad they responded, but the dealership is standing by their pricing. They offered $200 credit toward future repairs, which is nice, but I still feel fleeced. Initially, I gave 1 star — I’ll raise it to 2 stars for at least following up on my review, but I still feel taken advantage of. Ultimately, I should have asked for prices up front, but this experience shows how inflated routine service costs can be here.
