I dropped into this dealership a couple days ago after bailing on another car I went to see the day before. I'm from out of town so this was a quick stop on my way home since Jeff Wyler had a few Pathfinders (more than some other places). I ended up working with La-Tisha when I arrived at 9am. It turned out I did find a really great looking Pathfinder in a color I never imagined I would buy. The car was a pleasure to test drive and I gladly gave up my 2023 Rogue for this way nicer 2025 Pathfinder. I arrived at 9am and was finally done by about 3pm. Yes, car buying is always a multi-hour process if you are not willing to pay the first offer that's handed to you once a car has been selected. But everyone was super nice while I did my "wheeling and dealing" negotiations. It's been 3 days now and I am happy with the car and the deal I got. No tricks, no heavy pressure and no inflated fees forced on you for stuff you don't want.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. The absolute worse place i have ever been. Car was suppose to be done by friday. Than possible saturday. Than finally monday afternoon. I felt like i was getting ignored the whole time. Than about time my vehicle was finally ready it had more problems than when i dropped it off. My battery was dead. I bought it 2 months ago. My car was out of fuel. Literally gas was empty. I had to walk to gas station to fill a gas can than walk back to my vehicle. You think anyone offered a ride to a customer who left his car in yall possession. Nah carry on. Never even apologized just kept blaming me and saying i needed a battery n your car is pretty old. So after walking back with fuel i Than remove my battery to go get a new one from autozone. Which my battery was still under warranty hence how new it was. To finally start my vehicle up and guess what… ITS STILL OVERHEATING! I have more lights on my dash board than i have ever had. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I literally spent my last for my car to not be able to go 10 miles down the street. I feel defeated and i feel like i been taking advantage off. Thanks for listening.

I recieved 2 totally different explanations of whats going on with my car. One absolutely not making sense. Ben talks so fast you can't catch what he's saying and when I asked him to repeat himself he actually told me I was not listening. Upon arrival Tiffany directed me to a customer parking space while she performed a diagnostic to wait for the report. No one brought it to me and when I went inside to get the information, Ben actually said that she told him I was waiting when she had unexpectedly been called into a meeting, however no one came out to get me. After going inside, oee whatever that reort said, Ben told me to continue inside for further diagnostic testing. I asked him for the initial report which he would not give to me. The second diagnostic was totally different and had nothing to do with my initial issue. I want the initial diagnostic report Tiffany performed as well to the final report recieved. I feel the conflicting issue is why he wouldn't give me that initial report. Tiffany's teat indicated the wheel sensors were the issue to be investigate. Ben didn't mention wheel sensors at all. He informed that the tech results was the rear camera on the bumper as the issue. The analogy he gave as the explanation didn't help the situation.

Every-time I go here to my appointment something isn’t done, or is messed up. Came for an oil change, kept leaking oil days after. tried making an appointment they said they didn’t have anything for 2 weeks. had to go to firestone turns out they forgot to put my cap back on, was charged by firestone $230 to clean all the oil up out my car & give me another oil change which is ridiculous when you all could’ve just done your job right and put it back on. then my my car is telling me i have to get another oil change after getting one 2 months prior, i make a appointment drive 30 minutes there just for them to tell me someone forgot to change the reminder in my car. ridiculous. learn how to do your jobs the correct way. Another time, Ben was extremely rude to me over the phone he asked where my wheel lock is, i’m a 20 year old woman i don’t know WTH that is or where it is. I ask him to check in my trunk he rudely says ma’am i’m not looking in your trunk you can do that yourself. i then hang up and tell him just forget about it don’t even proceed with the service. Since then I have educated myself about my car and the things inside it, however it’s extremely unacceptable to talk to a customer that way, someone that is receiving a service & PAYING you for the service. Its always something, you all lack customer service, please do better.

Well to start I have a 2021 Nissan Sentra with a unexpected engine malfunction service engine now light come on. I called and couple local Nissan dealerships and Wyler did say they could look at it right away. That honestly is the only reason I went to Jeff Wyler Nissan Colerain because no one else could look it over until the following week. So Tiffany called me to tell me that there could be a diagnosis fee depending on what they find so I agreed. The next day I received a call from her saying that it was a battery issue and needed replaced so I explained to her that I have already been down this road within the last couple years and that the battery was newer she said that Nissan would pay 75% and I would be responsible for 25% which I was ok with . The following day I get a call saying that all repairs are done and unfortunately Nissan would not cover the replacement of the battery since I personally did not buy the battery but it was replaced once under warranty. At this point I was told I owed $511.00 and car was done so I asked Tiffany to have her manager Mike Torbeck to call me to see what can be done considering this whole time I thought I would be paying 25% of the repairs not 100% . I spoke to Mike the service manager and he did agree to have a hourly guy put my old battery in and get my car done so I could tow it to another Nissan dealer. This whole experience has horrible not only was I charged a diagnostic fee but the full price of the battery when I was told one thing . Other dealers told me if they ran a diagnostic and found that it was battery they would have only charged for the battery and labor to install not a diagnostic fee .All I can say is lesson learned I won't be going back for good reason.
