Brady and Tiffany are the best! He called me several times daily over the 2 days my car was being repaired, letting me know what was happening with repairs, getting it finished as soon as possible. Some of these repairs were done the previous year somewhere else, but it needed done with Nissan parts.Tiffany made checkout a breeze and accomodated my request for an additional set of paperwork right away. They both appeared to be two of the genuinely nicest people I've spoken to, and my 14 year old car is now running better than it has in the past 10 years. They both need a raise!

Night and day difference from other dealerships around, my service advisor Brady Welsh deserves all the credit though! I had been having issues with my vehicle for the last 6 months of having it with the cooling system. I dropped it off and let them do a diagnosis and within the day they identified the issues and started getting them fixed right away throughout the whole process I was very eager to have my vehicle about and was probably annoying my man Brady Welsh with the amount of calls he got while helping me out! I was calling and texting him through this whole process and he made sure to make me feel like I was his most important customer while my vehicle was being serviced if I could give 10/5 stars I would not to mention they did an amazing job at fixing my vehicle and making sure I was informed and up to date. Shout out to Tiffany as well as she helped in the beginning with getting me out to you guys! Great team! I will definitely be getting all my future endeavors done here as well! Brady earned Mr.Wyler a lifelong customer!

I went in to get a transmission noise diagnosed and check why the controls on the left side of my steering wheel were not working. I have a 2015 Rogue Select AWD.
My Service Advisor, Brady Welsh, was very attentive and made sure that the mechanic working on my vehicle understood my concerns.
Unfortunately my extended warranty, Endeavor, refused coverage 😕. I will take this up with them!!

DeAngelo went above and beyond to assure that we received the right vehicle for our family. From personally driving to another location to pick up a car, to helping navigate a new deal when the first car didn't quite meet our expectations, he handled our requests with ease and respect. I contacted this dealership through their website and was put in touch with a sales manager. After providing only the VIN and mileage of my trade-in (no photos, no condition questions, nothing else), I was explicitly offered $11,000 for my vehicle. Based on that number, the sales manager sent me a PDF with the agreed-upon pricing, and we moved forward.
Because we had everything in writing and already had a check prepared, we drove 2.5 hours to this dealership fully expecting a quick, straightforward transaction.
That is not what happened.
Upon arrival, they went to the back for over an hour and a half, with almost no communication or updates. Eventually, we were brought revised numbers — suddenly the trade-in was worth $2,000 less than what was promised.
The reasoning? They said the “used” vehicle needed tires and that the brakes “felt soft.” This was never discussed beforehand, never documented, and frankly felt like a made-up justification to change the deal once we were already on site, hours from home.
To be very clear:
• They never said the trade-in value was conditional.
• They never said “$9k–$11k depending on condition.”
• They never asked about tires, brakes, or overall condition before sending written numbers.
• The sales manager who made the original offer was conveniently not present when the deal changed.
After a heated and exhausting argument, we settled at $9,600 trade-in value, simply because we had already invested an entire day and driven hours to get there. This felt intentional — a classic bait-and-switch tactic designed to put customers in a corner once they arrive.
This process was misleading, unprofessional, and completely avoidable if the dealership had operated in good faith. If you’re considering doing business here, do not trust verbal or written trade-in offers unless they are ironclad and honored. Better yet, get everything inspected and finalized before making a long drive — or choose a dealership that respects its customers’ time and agreements.
I would never return, and I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious.
