  Izumi Harney was my sales associate. He was there for me in every step of the way through my Nissan rogue buying experience. Izumi and the dealership did everything they needed to do to make sure I was happy In my Nissan Rogue buying experience. My I also add that Izumi even took the time to answer one of my text on his day off.

  My experience with Jeff Wyler Nissan was great! My salesperson was Alex! He was very knowledgeable, gave me all kinds of options, wasn’t pushy like most car salesmen, and was just a very nice person overall! I would recommend Jeff Wyler & seeing Alex for all your car buying needs!

  Fit me I’m without an appt on a very cold day to get me extra keys for my car. Very nice to work with and provided good updates as it progressed. I also liked the text message with video summarizing the result when the job was completed. Thank you for great service!

I had an outstanding experience at Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan thanks to two fantastic team members, Izumi and Marchello. The first time I visited — just after New Year’s — Izumi was the very first person out to greet me, and right away his listening skills and genuine friendliness stood out. I wasn’t even planning to buy that day, but he didn’t rush me or pressure me in the least. Instead, he took his time showing me the vehicle I was interested in, explaining all the features in a way that was helpful and not overwhelming. He let me take a test drive and was just genuinely friendly and professional. Before I left, he even introduced me to his manager, Marchello, showing that teamwork and customer care are a priority here. When I reached back out the next day to ask if Izumi would be willing to meet my husband and show him a truck, he didn’t hesitate. We came back on Saturday, and Izumi was just as helpful, patient, and knowledgeable as he had been the first time. Because of the way he treated us, my husband and I agreed to purchase our vehicles that day. My own car purchase wasn’t without a few hurdles due to a unique credit situation, but Marchello didn’t give up. He worked relentlessly alongside Izumi and the rest of the team until everything was seen through to the end. His determination and commitment were truly unmatched — he kept us informed, worked creatively to find solutions, and made sure we left happy. This team truly represents the best of what customer service should be: friendly, informative, patient, and committed.
