    I had a great experience at Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan. I had been warned by another service provider that the brakes on my Nissan Altima were worn and needed the pads replaced "soon". I had also been told that rotors are routinely replaced with this service. I decided to bring it to Jeff Wyler Kings because something I saw on their website indicated that rotors would be machined if still serviceable. The brakes were reevaluated with a complimentary inspection and I learned that they were only 50-60% worn and did not need replacement at this time and everything else was in good condition. This was a big relief for me as I was had been led to believe that this service was urgently needed.

    Even though I didn’t end up buying a car, I still want to give credit where it’s due. Jason did an outstanding job helping me throughout the process. He was patient and never made me feel pressured at any point. He took the time to answer all questions and made sure I had all the information I needed.

    Had my front brakes replaced with a different company and they started squeaking a few months after installation. I took it back to them and they came back with a quote for $4,000 worth of repairs recommended. It didn’t sit well with me so I brought it into Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan (where I purchased my first Nissan back in 2004) and they checked everything over (as a courtesy) and found no issues other than a loose plastic piece under the hood. Several months later I’m still experiencing the same squeaky brakes so I took it back to them and again they took a courtesy look and assured me that nothing was wrong with the brakes and it’s not causing any abnormal wear on the vehicle. They did not push me to replace anything and were extremely honest. Even received a video from the service technician from his inspection. The team (Matt Wilson & Wayne) were wonderful and a pleasure to work with and I will continue to go to Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan as long as I’m a Nissan owner! Thanks so much for the peace of mind that my wheels aren’t going to fall off while driving (which is what the other company told me would happen if I didn’t get the repairs done that they recommended)!

    When a local man developed ALS, which is an incurable and progressive disease, Nissan would not allow the man out of his lease. Shame on the ableist people at Nissan for refusing to work with someone who physically CANNOT drive their vehicle. No matter how new or recently they got the car, he CANNOT drive it.
