Truly amazing experience!! Could not be happier. I originally went to a different dealership, absolutely horrible experience there with zero customer service. Went to Wyler Kings Nissan and was a polar opposite experience. Best customer service I have seen. Made everything so simple, got it taken care of so fast, and were extremely nice. Amazing how different the experience was from one dealer to another. Will ONLY use Jeff Wyler moving forward!!! Thank you guys.

We recently were in gathering information as we were starting our hunt for a next vehicle. This purchase was something that we wanted to take our time with to insure we were making the best purchase for our family needs. Our Sales Associate, Izumi Harney, made our car hunt super easy. He was very informative, teaching us about the features and different "versions" of the model car we were looking at. Izumi was patient as we explored ALL of our options, new and used, Nissan and not. Always listening and trying to find something that fit not only our needs, but also our wants. We truly felt seen and heard and felt like his goal was to see us walk away with everything we desired in this new car. He was super helpful, we felt zero pressure and by the end of our search felt like we had made a new friend. He was quick to respond and willing to make the process as convenient as possible! This isn't our first Nissan, we love the make! We hope to continue to be well taken care of by the Jeff Wyler name.

Firstly, if you're going to buy a Nissan, definitely reconsider. We own a Nissan and an Infiniti and have had considerable issues with them. Secondly, my Nissan Rogue had a safety recall due to potential engine fire issues. I made a service appointment to get that checked out. I had already been there 3 weeks prior for an oil change and tire rotation. As I drove into the service bay, it appeared they installed some new alignment machine, and the first thing out of the service staff was that I was out of alignment - $179 plus tax. I begrudgingly said yes since it needed it, even though they could have told me that a few weeks ago and saved me some time. It's a good thing I brought my work computer because they took forever even though I had an appointment. They did a 1000 point inspection and took a video of the entire process, which was somewhat interesting, however, when the car was finally finished, and go to check out, the total was well over $179 plus tax, which was already exorbitant. I asked the service person and was told "oh, those are shop fees". I said "what shop fees? Shop fees were never disclosed to me." He then began to rifle through papers to find it and he couldn't. I just said whatever, paid it to get my keys back, and said I would leave a review. I also had to pay with debit card because they now charge a 3% credit card service fee, which is new, on top of the already ridiculously high service fees. Every company is nickel and diming now to maximize profit at the expense of a good customer service experience. It's disheartening, especially since I was planning on keeping this car a while. Unless it's a recall issue, I'll be taking my car elsewhere for service going forward. BTW - the waiting area is cold and uninviting. Since you're going to be there forever, they could try a little harder to make you feel comfortable spending stupid money on simple tasks.

Kings Auto is NOT conveniently located for me. I saw a Platinum online for 24K which was not available. Izumi was extremely apologetic about it and sent me other options. I HIGHLY recommend Izumi Harney as your go-to guy. Extremely personable, engaging and down to earth. He listened attentively to my preferences and found me exactly what I wanted. Now, it wasn’t cheap BUT I did get my monies worth. Izumi called me back after they closed, checked on me frequently, returned my rental car for me and sent a video of it, gathered my garage door opener, and set me up for the few things I missed out on due to it getting late (the shop closes before the dealership). Izumi gets 6 out of 5 stars 🤩 (A++). He returned my call the day after purchasing. I gave it 4 ONLY because of the waiting time which he has nothing to do with him - he was apologetic and updated me. I did the final paperwork with Josh who was very personable as well and it was super quick and easy once it was started. When I got in my car the touch screen froze and wouldn’t respond, it did it again today. For a brand new car- it is concerning! Thus the 4

The best car buying experience of my life. I always go into buying a vehicle from a dealer expecting the dealership to attempt to take advantage of me and play the burnout game. I had an experience with another dealer that made me dread buying from dealerships. My experience with Jeff Wyler Kings Nissan was the complete opposite! I understand now why they have such great reviews; they deserve it. My husband and I went in with a strict budget and they did not attempt to over sell us or push us beyond our budget. Instead, they were understand and kind, and worked with us to purchase the car we were interested in at a price point that worked for us and for them. Christian never tried to pressure us into a decision and was very patient with explaining their financing process. We had our child with us and Christian was very understanding when my son was getting antsy and never delayed the process unnecessarily. We had been pre-approved with a credit union but found it was easier to do the financing with the same credit union at Jeff Wyler. It made the process so much faster. Josh was patient and thoroughly explained things like our interest rate, etc., before we signed any paperwork. Overall, I felt very secure as a customer and happy with my purchase. This dealership is doing what every dealership should- high quality, respectful sales. We intend purchase our next vehicle from them, too.
