- JCJoshua ChildressNov 26, 20241.0I called at 9am and asked for an appointment to look at some leaking (most likely due to clogged AC evaporator drain). They said they had an opening at 2pm, and that it would take 45 minutes to an hour. That worked great, so I took the appointment. I get there and check in and they tell me there are a lot of cars ahead of me and it will take 3-4 hours most likely. I reminded them I had an appointment for 2pm and was told it would take up to 1 hour. They said all the cars ahead of me were appointments also, so it would be 3-4 hours at least. I asked why they would schedule me for 2pm and tell me it would take up to an hour, if they couldn't honor that. Their response was "I don't know". So I left. I drove 45 minutes to this site because they had an opening today (supposedly). If they were that far behind, why schedule me for 2pm? They seem to not understand how scheduling works.
