While the service itself seems to have been done well, I did not appreciate two things:
1. Payment methods are unreasonable. It's either cash or a debit card.
Sure, a credit card could be used, but there is a significant charge (3.5%) to use a credit card.
Also, checks are not accepted at all!!!!
In the text message I received from Jeff's Wyler Kia, it makes no mention that checks are not accepted. To me a check is the same thing as cash.
2. When I stopped by the Kia service dept. to make an appointment, the service rep listed for me all of the things that needed to be done. Almost $1000.00.
On the day of the appointment, a different rep from the one who set up the appointment, told me that I didn't need to have all of the services that the first rep told me I needed! Was I being "upsold" when I made the appointment?
In the end I had to use my AmEx credit card, since I don't usually carry a debit card with me. This cost me an additional $20.00.
I never had this type of problem when the Kia closest to me was Superior Kia.
I seriously don't think I will use Jeff Wyler Kia for service in the future, or if and when I need a new car.

I was sent a letter from Kia regarding conducting a "Voluntary Emissions Service Campaign" to improve the emissions software logic in the Electronic Control Module. I took my Kia Sportage to the Jeff Wyler Kia of Colerain location and was very impressed with the greeting and service from the staff. The staff met me at the door and walked me into the service department. I was greeted by Kevin, Service Representative, he explained to me what service would be done and called me when finished. When I picked my car up he explained to me what was done and any additional services needed. He also walked out and opened the door. Kevin, sent emails before and after service stating that my car would be in good hands. The Staff was very polite and professional. Highly recommend Kia of Colerain.

Overall experience: pretty unsatisfied as I had to follow up multiple times to get a status update. If you told me Friday end of day that I’ll have my car back, why not proactively update me that there was a delay? There was no apology at all. Will likely avoid and go to back to Kings for all future service.
Details: I got a flat on my EV6 and the representative told me they’d have the car ready within the next business day (Friday). I follow up via call and text on Saturday and there is no response. On Monday, they respond and say they need to check in on status. Finally end of day Monday (3 business days) I get my car back.

I prefer this dealership out of any KIA in the tristate! The dealership itself was clean, quiet, and wasn’t visually overwhelming. A very hospitable and communicative staff as well, from management to finance, everyone I came into contact with was incredible. I worked with Sam Aboud and Jenn in finance. (Special shout out, they were outstanding!) I never once felt pushed to make a decision and was also well-informed throughout the entire process. Every single question was answered, and despite the dealership itself being quite busy when I was there, Sam was still attentive and made sure I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. Jenn was so very kind! She made sure I was getting the best deal and explained every bit of the process. I could not be more grateful to have worked with those 2 individuals! Really enjoying my K5 thus far (: Thanks JW KIA!
