This dealership really likes to up-sell services that are not needed. They also charge a 3% transaction fee for credit card transactions. It is very hard to believe that the Wyler group is so strapped for cash that they need to charge this fee. It’s quite clear that they are looking to simply extract as much money out of each customer as humanly possible, rather than providing honest service.

I purchased a car and was given a generic key fob that wasn’t a key fob for my Mazda. My car starts after sitting to get the generic key fob to work. I’m so disappointed that Jeff Wyler would sell a vehicle and not tell you they didn’t have original fob. I spoke to the sales person Olivia and she had no answers, I believe Jeff Wyler should have made things right. They need to purchase the correct key fob from Mazda not me, They should have told me the generic key fob wouldn’t work. I’m beyond disappointed with the service I received . Mazda informed me that wasn’t the key to my car.

I leased a 2026 Kia K5 2 days ago. 24 hours later I’m already getting warning lights about low engine oil. I looked into this and it is a known issue happening with these cars that wasn’t disclosed to me. What makes matters worse is that the panel that covers the scanner port that’s located under the dash is missing. It looks like they were well aware of this issue but instead of not selling the car, chose to continuously clear the codes. I am extremely disappointed.

Upon scheduling an appointment for diagnostics of my Kia Sorrento, you get charged an additional service fee that you’re not told about and then you get called to ask for an additional two hours at $400 for additional electronics diagnosis. In total I would’ve been charged $600 just for a diagnosis. I did not believe that they were transparent in telling about the fees and that the $200 for a diagnosis is just a suggestion that it could cost upwards to $600 very misleading and disappointed. I ended up wasting an entire day as I dropped off my car for a diagnosis and ended up picking it back up without a diagnosis because I could not afford to pay $600. It might’ve been reasonable if that Subtracted from the repair cost, but it is not. I would never buy another Kia as it’s been nothing but a problem since we purchased it brand new in 2018. They did complete three recalls while they had it, which I guess was a positive and Clark The service manager was nice.

From the very beginning of my experience, working with Kenaz went really well, but it was not until I got to the FINANCIAL coach that everything went to hell. I felt like I was being manipulated through the financial process between Rob and Kendall. They both did not listen to me at all. Their interest was not my interest and that’s where things went wrong. They were trying to benefit the company more than they were trying to benefit me and make me happy as a customer. Please let me know, as a customer, that when I asked to pull one hard copy, at least four or five were done on Thursday night. They had it all planned at fifth third Bank was my provider. I was not interested in Fifth Third Bank; I never liked them. Then Kendall changed it to Kimber, only to find out the next day that Kemba did not approve my loan, which I was never interested in in the first place. Then I find myself going through Capital One, which I wasn’t interested in in the first place. Yet, Kendall decided to take it upon herself to give me what she wanted to get me. The whole process was not about me. It was all about her and the Kia, and that’s when all hell went downhill. One thing I know about sales is that you the customer must always be satisfy Kendall dared to complain about all the trouble she went to process the paperwork she had done, but she failed to realize she went against what I wanted to make the transaction. She went against what I wanted. That’s where she failed. Kendall had the nerve, to say, “You made me do all this work, and this is the thing that I get.” Then I told Kendall, “Who’s buying the car you or me?” Her attitude was horrible. She thought she was doing me a favor, how arrogant. Kendall can really mess things up for salesmen with her arrogant attitude. Whatever the goal she was trying to achieve, she failed at it. I had to go to Jason to share how Kendall handled the transaction. I was very disappointed in her. I knew that going to my credit union was the best way for me. The last time I bought a Kia from Superior Kia on Mitchell Avenue, I had a similar situation with a salesman, who handled the sale poorly. I took the commission away from him and gave it to another salesman. Like Kendall, he did not listen to me as the customer. He was so busy thinking about himself, that I didn’t matter. That'sa mistake no salesman should make. When a sales person, make it about them. They’ve already lost me. I didn’t trust her at all. She kept changing her reason from Fifth Third to KEMBA to Capital One. I have dealt with plenty of car salesmen at the dealership and I learned one lesson when buying a car, the customer must be satisfied. Kendall could have blown the whole transaction for Kenaz. But I was determined not to let him lose his commission because he earned it. As for Kendall, she was full of deception and lied through the process trying to swindle me to pay more than I wanted. In my opinion, Kendall earned an F. My experience with Kia on Colerain with Kendall is a D overall. My experience with Kenaz was excellent. He did his job..
