    Best car buying experience I have had. The salesmen will was helpful and not pushy at all. The manager came out was extremely professional. Financing was smooth and the entire experience was comfortable and easy. I hate buying cars and these guys made it a great experience. I would recommend this dealer to anyone I know without a doubt.

    I can’t say enough about how great this dealership was to work with. From Ricardo Francis, my sales person, to Tim Moore, the Manager, and David Barnhart, the Finance Coach, everyone worked together to make my new car purchase go perfectly smooth. I especially loved working with Ricardo, who never pushed, but truly had a, “I’m here for you” attitude from beginning to end. An incredible team for sure, whom I highly recommend!

    I recently worked with Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Colerain and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the dealership truly went out of their way to help me by arranging to pick me up from about an hour away, which I really appreciated and thought was great customer service. Unfortunately, when I saw the car in person, it looked nothing like it did in the online photos. There were multiple scratches, dents, and even claw marks on the interior door panels, and the vehicle was quite dirty overall. Because of this, I was able to negotiate the price down a little, which they were willing to do. I will say the salesman I worked with didn’t seem very informed about the vehicle or the sales process, which made things a bit confusing at times. It wasn’t a completely negative experience, but I do think buyers should be mindful that online listings may only highlight the best aspects of a vehicle. It’s definitely worth asking detailed questions and requesting up-to-date, realistic photos before making the trip.

    My wife and are were pleasantly surprised with the car buying experience at Jeff Wyler Hyundai. We always dreaded, no hated, the idea of purchasing through a dealership. However, William Morton, Kevin Adams and Jeremy Hutton made the experience a joy. The dealership is modern and new, the service department was large and clean and most importantly the staff are pleasant and professional. A special shout out to William Morton. Will responded early Sunday morning, hours before the dealership opened and kept in contact over the next couple of days while we worked everything out. Kevin jumped in while we were working out financing and Jeremy wrapped it all up. And as an FYI, we traveled up from Chattanooga TN for this car.

    I purchased a car from Jeff Wyler over a month ago, but the Memorandum Title was delayed for more than a month. When my temporary license plate was about to expire, I contacted them, and only then did they blame the year-end delay and promise that they had sent the documents via FedEx the very next day. I trusted that statement and waited two more days, but nothing arrived. When I called again and asked for a tracking number, no one followed up. I had to call multiple times, explain the same situation repeatedly to different staff, and was eventually told they “couldn’t find” the tracking number and would resend it. When I pointed out that my temporary plate was expiring in two days, they suddenly said they would email the title instead. Even then, nothing was sent until I called yet again and waited over 30 minutes. The assigned staff member would not even speak to me directly and had another employee relay messages instead. They repeatedly claimed the FedEx had already been sent, but the only FedEx delivery notification I ever received was for the later shipment, which clearly shows the first one was never sent. This was a blatant lie. Likewise, they promised to email documents but took no action until I called back. Throughout this entire process, there was not a single sincere apology. The overall attitude, lack of accountability, poor communication, and repeated dishonesty reflect an extremely incompetent and unpleasant level of customer service. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
