    Do not go to this location. Look for another dealer if you need maintenance done by the dealer. TLDR: Long service time, overcharged for a lug nut that they say was lost by another location, and they sent me off with dangerously low tire pressure. Full review: I took my wife's car in for an oil change and tire rotation that was part of the maintenance package when we got the car. Took over an hour to get done and was then told that a lug nut was missing and I would need to pay $12.99 to replace it. When I responded that the only other place to remove the tires was another Honda dealership and that from my perspective a Honda dealership has lost a lug nut and I am being told I have to replace it, the manager said yes and that he would not do anything about it because it was the fault of the other location (which is under the same ownership) and not HIS store's problem. I was then told the lug nut would be $20 not $12.99 and that the tech was wrong about the price. Was told the total would be $21.20 with tax and was charged $22.20 according to the credit card reader. On my way home got a notice that the tire pressure was low and needed inflation. They had me drive off on dangerously low tires, which goes to show just how thorough their safety inspections are completed. All tires were 19-21 PSI when the recommended by Honda is 33 PSI. Please avoid this location as they are not thorough and the manager is not interested in doing what is right for the customer.

    Terrible communication. I will outline my specific issues below. Management is welcome to reach out to me: 1. Dropped my odyssey off, said they would be in touch the next day. Got the quote as the service advisor Brad was leaving early for the day. Told me I could talk to Amanda while he was off at the end of that day and the next. They have special cell phone numbers. Called multiple times, texted, no response. Apparently they only connect with one person and I was never alerted. I even called the main number and they just sent me to the same un manned voicemail. Delayed getting parts getting ordered. Would have been very easy to pass me someone else’s number as they seem aware of the issue. 2. Advised I needed a new timing belt, but had they checked car fax it would have shown that I had replaced it a year ago. Kind of scary someone might have trusted that recommendation and wasted $2,400. 3. Apparently they just started charging 3% extra on credit cards. I have come many times for oil changes and service. I wish I had known that before getting dropped off to pick up my vehicle with only a credit card with me on a $4k+ repair. Yes it’s in tiny print at the bottom of the invoice but if it’s a new charge and it’s on a large amount it would be great customer service to let me know on the phone or through their text system. Will be going elsewhere from now on, which is very unfortunate.

    Our daughter’s car has been in for service since Wednesday 7/16/25. We began calling this am (Saturday 7/19/25) at 8am to see when her car would be available for pick up. Called multiple times today and left messages for call back from service manager with each call. No call back. They are closed tomorrow. So we wait another 2 days to get her car back. This is not typical of Honda dealership service centers. Our experiences with other dealerships have always had good communication. Our daughter is a student at UC so we chose Jeff Wyler when her check engine light came on. We are extremely disappointed with this experience.
