My husband took my 2025 Honda civic to this location to be checked because there is something weird going on with my apple car pay function. About half the time when we plug a phone into the it shows an error message on the screen saying that there is no USB connection. We have been unplugging and flipping the cord over and sometimes that helps or sometimes turning the car off and back on helps. We did some trouble shooting before taking the car in by trying different cords that we knew for sure worked. The same thing happened. Before we took the car in I took a video of the issue in case the tech went to plug in a phone and the message didn’t pop up. We did sent that video to the people at Jeff Wyler (I’ll also attach it to this review if I can figure it out) We are thinking it could be something wrong with the usb port or the radio. Here is my issue when I bought the car it came with a factory warranty and this issue is covered under the warranty. My husband brought the car in yesterday to get checked and the tech said that they couldn’t recreate the issue when they plugged in their phone. Naturally we asked if they did any further investigation and we were told no they did not. I guess they also did a multi-point inspection for like lights and stuff. When my husband when to pick up the car on his lunch break he was told that the issue is a warranty issue but because they couldn’t recreate the problem that they would have to charge us an hour on diagnostic time. (200$) Here’s the thing they just told us that the tech plugged in his phone and determined that everything was fine with no further investigation, by the way that will be 200$. Like you can’t be serious right now! They are charging us an hour of diagnostic time for something that legitimately takes three seconds. If I wanted somebody to plug in the phone and call it good I could have done that at home for free. My husband talked to the service advisor and I guess we ended up paying 130$ (half an hour of diagnostic time) he was kinda in a time crunch and had to get back to work but obviously we are not happy at all. Let me be clear I would no problem paying for diagnostic time if the tech had actually done more than the absolute bare minimum and called it good. To make matters worse when my husband got into the car to take it back to work he plugged in his phone and guess what happened? Yeah the stupid error message popped up. Needless to say I am not happy at all! I really feel like the right steps were not taken to help with this issue. I’m not sure if this is because the car has a warranty on it or what but they 100% did not handle the issue correctly or do the proper amount of diagnostic investigation. My husband did talk to the service manager this morning and basically got the run around about it. He did offer us a free oil change, no offense sir but I do not trust your techs to change my oil if this is the amount of effort that they put into fixing other issues. I would not recommend this dealer at all, especially for warranty work because I really feel like they are just trying to make a buck off of us by saying “I couldn’t recreate the issue” when I know for a fact that has even the smallest amount of effort been used they would have had no problem recreating the issue. Without a doubt DO NOT take your care here. Ps. It would not let me add the video but I got a screenshot for the message that pops up on the screen from the video I attached that to my review as well.

Do not buy any cars from this location they sold me a used van they told me that they did a 125 point inspection on it. And they did not. It had major problems, they fixed one. When I told them about the second one that I just wanted a new vehicle altogether, they told me that I would lose over half the value of the car. When this was their fault? Any dealership would have fixed this, but not this one

I strongly advise people to avoid this service department. The level of communication and professionalism I experienced was completely unacceptable. I was originally told that the parts for my vehicle would arrive Monday morning and that my car would be ready by closing time. Monday came and went with no update. When I called on Tuesday, I was told the parts still hadn’t arrived. On Wednesday, I was told the parts would be delivered between 12–2 PM, only to later hear that the delivery had been delayed again. It is now midweek, and I still don’t have a clear or honest timeline. I completely understand that delays happen. What’s unacceptable is the lack of communication. I called five times in one day and couldn’t reach anyone or get a callback. My service advisor told me I could contact him directly by phone or text, but despite multiple calls and a text message, I received no response. That is extremely frustrating when you’re trying to get information about your own vehicle. On Wednesday, after calling multiple times with no response, I called again Thursday morning around 8 AM. Someone answered, but I was sent to voicemail when trying to reach my service advisor. Since I couldn’t get through, I went to the service center in person around 10 AM. When I arrived, they claimed that my mom had called on Wednesday asking for an update. This makes no sense. My mom does not speak English and didn’t even know my car was there. I don’t know whether they were lying or if they gave my vehicle information to someone else, but either possibility is extremely concerning. At this point, I can honestly say the service department has been terrible to deal with. If you value transparency, professionalism, and basic communication, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else!

Trey Thompson made my visit extremely easy and simple. Made an appointment for my jeep with a few concerns and Trey and his team reassured me and went straight to work. 10/10 service they changed my oil and filter inspected my car filled the tires up all in reasonable time. I highly recommend Trey that man knows what he’s talking about and extremely professional.

Do not go to this location. Look for another dealer if you need maintenance done by the dealer. TLDR: Long service time, overcharged for a lug nut that they say was lost by another location, and they sent me off with dangerously low tire pressure. Full review: I took my wife's car in for an oil change and tire rotation that was part of the maintenance package when we got the car. Took over an hour to get done and was then told that a lug nut was missing and I would need to pay $12.99 to replace it. When I responded that the only other place to remove the tires was another Honda dealership and that from my perspective a Honda dealership has lost a lug nut and I am being told I have to replace it, the manager said yes and that he would not do anything about it because it was the fault of the other location (which is under the same ownership) and not HIS store's problem. I was then told the lug nut would be $20 not $12.99 and that the tech was wrong about the price. Was told the total would be $21.20 with tax and was charged $22.20 according to the credit card reader. On my way home got a notice that the tire pressure was low and needed inflation. They had me drive off on dangerously low tires, which goes to show just how thorough their safety inspections are completed. All tires were 19-21 PSI when the recommended by Honda is 33 PSI. Please avoid this location as they are not thorough and the manager is not interested in doing what is right for the customer.
