  I was buying a vehicle from Jeff Wyler Buick, in Florence. The vehicle I wanted was at this location. They said it had to be serviced before it could be picked up ok no big deal but when one of the car salespeople went over to pick up my vehicle that I had been waiting on since Tuesday is all of a sudden sold by someone over there and not once was we ever told about it beforehand so I'm very disappointed in the very poor communication from you all. You could have at least told us Tuesday when we were putting the car on hold. Because it was sold to me that you all had already had it. Sold instead of saying that it needed to be serviced and then when we call back and the service has been done and you tell us, we can pick it up, and when someone comes to get it all of a sudden, it's been sold to someone else all I can say is it's RIDICULOUS.

  My wife & I have purchased several vehicles through Jeff Wyler Honda and we've always enjoyed my experience thanks to Marcus Campbell & the staff. Marcus has always made us feel comfortable during the buying process & he is very knowledgeable about each step in the purchase. Each time we've purchased a car, it's always been streamlined & goes a lot faster than the horror stories that are told about people spending countless hours at the dealership. I would highly recommend making your next motor purchase at Jeff Wyler Honda & make sure to request Marcus Campbell to take care of your needs. You won't be disappointed.

  WORK WITH DONTAI!!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌 I cannot express how wonderful the experience was at Jeff Wyler Honda!! Working with Dontai Fikes was genuinely a great experience. He came highly recommended by a family member, and now I see why. Dontai has a great personality, is incredibly PASSIONATE and PROFESSIONAL , and is easy to talk to, which made the entire car-buying process feel simple and comfortable. He explained everything clearly and never rushed me, showing real patience and care. His customer service was EXCELLENT , and you can tell he always puts in his best effort for his customers. He is definitely the salesman you want to work with!!! ASK FOR DONTAI FOR A 10/10 EXPERIENCE!!!

  Horrible communication with whoever I spoke to on the phone in service. Told me I could drop my car off and get a rental because my daughter had to be at school at 9am. I get there at 7am to drop my car off for service and am told by Jordan they can't give me a rental because my fiances name is on the insurance and not mine. Why didn't you tell me in the first place I needed insurance and insurance in my name. Now I came up here for nothing and take the chance of my daughter being late for school and my fiance being late for work. First time dealing with Jeff Tyler honda on colerain and let me say it was a very unpleasant one. Do better and let people know what they need instead of waiting untill im there and turning me away. Ryan Haskill, I tried to file a complaint and was told I couldn't.
