I recently went to this location to shop for used cars. I am a first time buyer and went in with a very naive mindset. The salesman that I spoke to was very nice and friendly. Very professional in his tone and I genuinely appreciated the work he did for me. After looking at a used CR-V that I really liked, I called my wife and we decided that it was not in the budget we had decided on. I went back in to try and look at different options and this is where I had the problem. The salesman was understanding but firm in trying not to back down the sale for something cheaper. When it was clear I wasn’t getting anywhere I was content to leave and go somewhere else but he insisted on me speaking with his manager.
The manager proceeded to basically tell me that I would not be able to find anything else and that I should just increase my budget. This really rubbed me the wrong way completely. If you genuinely care about your customers and want them to get what they need then would you not try to find another option? Maybe I just don’t know sales but I won’t be coming back to this location. I got a nice used Camry from Joseph Toyota down the street and had a wonderful experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with a salesperson named Danny at this dealership was extremely disappointing. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional during the car-buying process.
What surprised me the most is that every other employee I interacted with at the dealership was polite, helpful, and respectful. Unfortunately, Danny’s behavior was the complete opposite and made the experience very uncomfortable.
For someone who appears to be in a management position, he does not demonstrate the professionalism, patience, or customer service skills that should represent a dealership. His behavior does not reflect the quality of the rest of the staff and creates a very bad image for the business.
I hope the dealership management addresses this issue because one person’s behavior can seriously damage the reputation of an otherwise good dealership.

My wife was inquiring about a Honda Pilot Touring in your network. Not sure if Matt is having a bad day, but you just made my wife's day bad and that doesnt make me happy. She was excited about a potential purchase of a new family vehicle and Matthew, the Manager of Internet Sales, who should be competent in communicating over the internet, has failed miserably.
Not only will I never recommend someone to do business with this dealership, I will leave a negative review whenever possible. My wife was looking to test drive a Honda Pilot, we got financing locked in, had a potential test drive and sale on the hook for Sunday, and the Manager of Internet Sales communicates with my wife with, “that pilot is at another lot, we don’t just move cars for test drives…”
Now, we are in the market and most dealerships have been accommodating (including other Wyler dealerships) in getting vehicles to their lot so they can satisfy customers and close a deal, and make commission, all that. So forgive my wife for not knowing Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain's policy on vehicle relocation.
A better response could have been, "Hello Samantha! I love that you like that Honda Pilot, unfortunately, it is located at another lot 45 minutes away. Could I call over and reserve a test drive at that lot for you and assist in any other way to make your experience with us positive and satisfactory. Let me know! Have a great day. Best, Matt"

I wish I could leave no stars. I had the most awful experience here. I drove over an hour to look into buying a used car and from the moment I sat down they told me there was nothing they could do for me. The sales guy brought out the manager Duston Anderson who was condensing and rude. He proceeded to tell me every single reason why I couldn’t buy a used car “credits too young” “need a co-signer” “no banks will work with you” “not enough down” “credits too low” . There was no attempt to even look into options for me. I asked at the end of that very disheartening conversation if there was any possible way to make it work with a different car and heard no again. I went to the Springfield Toyota Jeff Wyler location feeling hopeless and had a completely different experience. I left with a 2021 used Nissan with 14,000 miles staying within my budget after taxes and gap insurance. Everything Mr. Anderson said to me, was NOT true. They have horrible customer service; they want a quick buck off an easy sale. Even if it’s a drive I recommend the Springfield location, this place is horrible especially for young first time buyers.

Would not recommend!! We drove an hour and 15 minutes for my friend to finance her first nice car here (22 yrs old) and we were so excited. As soon as we walked in we could tell it was a little busy so no one came up to us within a couple minutes which is perfectly fine, don’t mind that at all. BUT, the dealer who we had (sadly can not remember his name but his desk is in the back facing the windows and he was white ) pretty much told her that with her payment down, credit, and no co-signer that she wasn’t even able to get a car. Which was crazy because her credit score and her down payment was good and told her to try a Buy Now Pay Here .. the manager Duston Anderson came over and told us the same thing that she was unable to finance a car anywhere with what she had. They did not try anything to help out OTHER THAN Christian Smith who I think was being trained, he was so nice and polite and told us straight up not to go to a Buy Now Pay Here!! He was the only person that gave us hope walking out of there. So we left after about 15 minutes of being there to drive back an hour and 15 mins disappointed. The second we walked into another dealer ship, everyone greeted us very politely and was extremely patient. AND She was able to finance a 2021 Nissan with her budget, credit and no co-signer!
I recommend Kameron Horsley at Jeff Wyler in Springfield Ohio !
