Made a deal via email for my 90 year old Grandfathers new car. Offered several times to leave a deposit to hold the car till Monday when he could pick it up. He wanted it in a specific color that our local dealer didn't have. before driving an hour with him in the to buy it I confirmed several times that they had the car and were holding it for me. The sales manager ever emailed me 2 times over the weekend confirming my appointment for monday. They sold the car 2 hours before we got there at the agreed upon time on Monday morning after driving my grandfather over an hour to get his new car. I held up my end of the deal completely showing up with a check in hand, I can't say the same for them.

My daughter and I had an appointment today at noon but no one seemed to know what was going on. It took them 10 to 15 minutes to figure out what was going on and who we were meeting with, and of course the car that we were interested in was not ready or even cleaned up. The car has been on their lot for 72 days and the inside looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. We had a 2015 BMW X5 XDrive diesel for a trade-in. My daughter had been emailing with the dealership and had an approved advance offer of $9,965 for the trade, and a offer of $28,333 for the used CRV hybrid 2 days before our appointment. When we started talking price and trade in value, they only wanted to offer us $5,650 for the trade and their online price for the CRV was $28,798. So we showed them the emails and they said they could not honor that price or trade-in value. They did raise the trade in price to $6000 which was no where close to the offer we got in the email. It wouldn't have been so bad but we drove 1 1/2 hours one way for the appointment. They also tried to push $4500 of warranty and accessories on us. Don't send emails out of pricing and offers, then not honor them.

The worst group of people I have ever had the pleasure of attempting to do business with. After giving an offer, salesman David South lied to me multiple times stating that we would "put a deal together", when I was later told that they were "not allowed" to sell vehicles lower than the advertised price online. After telling floor manager Duston Anderson the date I could come in and coming to an agreed upon price, he dishonored the price we had agreed upon and increased the price by $1500 the day before I was going to drive 7 hours to his dealership, stating that he "doesn't control the prices." Every single individual that I interacted with was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout my negotiations. A joke of an establishment.

We went to Jeff Wyler Honda in Colerain with my in-laws. We were looking for a specific certified pre owned hybrid CR-V, and they were looking at new vehicles. We had an excellent experience with John Booth as our salesman, and my in-laws worked with Quince Sweeten who took wonderful care of them. John got us the best price for our (admittedly less than perfect) trade-in and we both walked away with gorgeous hybrid CR-Vs (and one of John’s favorite pens; it is really nice, thx John). We discovered a couple of chips in the paint on the hood the next day, and John got the car in immediately with the paint dept. and they touched it up to perfection in less than an hour. We are wildly happy with our purchase.

I purchased my car from this dealership about three years ago, and I strongly encourage anyone considering buying here to read this carefully. The salespeople at this location are extremely pushy and aggressive. If you are not comfortable with high-pressure sales tactics, do not buy your car here.
I was pre-approved for a specific vehicle before arriving at the dealership. However, once I arrived, I was told that the car was no longer available and that no nearby locations had it either. I was then walked around the lot by a salesperson and pressured into looking at other vehicles.
At the time, I was young and in a very vulnerable position, as this was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I ended up being sold a car with a very high interest rate. I was in tears while signing the agreement and even on the drive home.
After the purchase, I contacted the dealership to ask about returning the vehicle. I was told that due to an Ohio law, returns were not allowed and that I should “give it time” for the car to grow on me.
Please learn from my experience. If you are a first-time buyer or unfamiliar with the car-buying process, bring someone with you who knows how to navigate these situations. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership.
