- CWChris WaidJan 29, 20265.0Called a few places to install radio and speakers in my wife’s car. Most places had a bit of a wait, except Hook It Up. Ken said he would get it in immediately. His quote was a bit higher than the others, but quickly matched the competitor’s price. I dropped the car off a bit after closing and Ken was nice enough to come back to pull my car into the garage overnight. The car was done by 11:00 AM the next day and we picked it up shortly after that. His technician came out with me to show me how to work the radio, and answered all my questions. Very happy with the customer service and the work.
